I honestly can’t say enough good things! The buying process here was amazing. Every time I’ve had service it’s been incredible. The most recent service with Brenda was great. She was extremely informative and helped me get some answers to some questions that I had had for some time.

Max Roberson took hours in each day to provide me updates, phone calls, texts- about my car. I had excellent team of service members plus Max & one member came to find me with flat tire-loaded my car from hospital stay in pouring rains- the car pick up was easy-team cleaned my car-looks like a brand new car -kinda is 11k miles-I would never go to another Lexus dealership-exceptionally quality of service from the minute you arrive until they make sure you’re out the doors with great goodbyes from Johnson Lexus Team-Excellent customer service! This service can’t be beat - looking to purchase the extended warranty since I would NEVER go anywhere else- I appreciate Johnson Lexus Durham-treats me like family-Please let Mr. Johnson know Max had days - hours -telephone calls , meeting with insurance to explain how another Lexus dealership failed to complete the repairs. Getting service at Johnson Lexus of Durham is a seamless experience. I arrived for drop off at 7:30 and in 15 minutes I am off the lot with a nice loaner. I get txt and phone follow up as needed. In 4 hours the work is done and ready for pickup by days end. Lots of help in the pickup area to get me in my car quickly. My service representative Rene has been the same for 14 years and is warm and a pro at customer service. He is good at addressing my concerns. The fact he has been there so long and is so talented makes me think the staff is treated well by management. I trust everyone there to treat me right from sales to service

Johnson Lexus of Durham service department is a total five star location. Always incredibly friendly and helpful. The team is very efficient and gets us in quickly and our car serviced and washed and on our way in often less time than projected. Their service team is friendly, knowledgeable, and the reason I keep buying Lexus vehicle after vehicle. I live 3 hours away from Durham yet I drive there just to get. my car serviced. On this last appointment it was discovered that a rodent had eaten through my computer wires and manifold. Rudy the service advisor was very upfront with what needed to be done and arranged a loaner for the time that was needed to order the parts and repair - about a week. Rudy was very responsive and knowledgable. (all the staff are awesome)

Lexus in Durham is an amazing place for purchasing your next vehicle or having service done.

From the time we started looking for a car working with David Zales to finally purchasing a new Lexus TX, The experience was outstanding.

I just had the opportunity to work with Brandon in the service department for my 5000 mile check up and I was not disappointed. The service is outstanding. Their new remodeled facility is very comfortable to relax or do work while waiting for your car.

Service attendant was extremely knowledgeable, attentive and efficient. Service quality of work was a bit pricey but excellent. Went to the parts department after to get a filter and that took a long time due to systems issues. Thus the total experience is 4 vs 5 stars. Service 5, Parts 4.

Had an early morning appointment. Got in exactly as they opened, and were out in about 90 minutes. Waiting area was spacious, and amenities were nice. Noticed an excellent area to work if that was a need. Overall excellent experience!!

Customer service is always great. Quinton does an amazing job ensuring my services needs are met and all my questions are answered. He goes above and beyond my expectations. The only issue I had was my loaner was a lot smaller than my car.
