When driving to work one morning last week, I got a flat tire on the way in. Chapel Hill tire was the closest place to me that looked nice and I’m so glad I gave them a call. Not only do they have services where you can drop your car off overnight so they can get look at it in the morning but they were very fast and professional. There were a few other services that looked like they might need to be done, and they even sent pictures showing that, so I went ahead and told them to go and do everything they needed which they did… My car is driving better than ever despite the fact that I do bring it in regularly to other businesses, but I do not feel like they did as thorough as a job as Chapel Hill tire has done. I can tell that they know I value and love my car and I really appreciate that.

As always the greatest experience with customer service. Danielle and Brett did a phenomenal job with dealing with my vehicle needs in just a few hours. Got my car and baby feels brand new. I always get quality service here. The techs and detail crew did exactly as i asked on specific needs and cleaning. All around amazing job. This is home base for my vehicles needs. They do a great job with my Nissan. They don’t try to sell me stuff not needed. Car is always ready when promised. The shuttle service home is also a added plus

The staff was super friendly and was able to meet my short time frame need. The store shuttle took me home while I was waiting for the repairs and picked me up once the vehicle was ready. Best auto repair shop in the triangle. Fair prices, fast service. Avoid Sport Durst Hyundai at all cost. Took my car there, they gave me a bogus diagnosis. Took it to Chapel Hill Tire and they turned it around for a few hundred bucks. Love this place

My stepdad and I were traveling on I-40 from clayton nc back home to southern Virginia. suddenly as we were driving on construction filled roads, the tire began to go flat.we searched for the closest tire shop around, and found Chapel Hill Tire. They were slam packed, but upon seeing we had 3 young kids with us they immediately worked us into their schedule and when it was all said and done they didn’t charge us a dime, we will always recommend chapel hill tire. Great service with even greater people.

Had some major issues with my vehicle overheating and it was after hours. I was able to limp my vehicle into their parking lot, use the night drop for my keys and just in case book an appointment online through their website. The next morning they were able to diagnose the issue, get me estimates, and repair everything all in 1 day. They shared other opportunities to do maintenance on the vehicle and were not pushy to make those things happen knowing the initial repair was significant. They were easy to work with over the phone and via text as well.

I would like to thank Ben Moore for taking care of me in my time of need while traveling home. I had a valve stem break and he handled everything quickly and with a smile. I would recommend Chapel Hill Tire for anyone who likes to be valued as a customer. Thank you Ben I greatly appreciate you.

Polite and very helpful staff found me a good deal on excellent tires that were hard to find, suggested work that really needed to be done and didn't waste my time recommending unimportant repairs, got my car in early, and even gave me a ride to and from my home. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing tires or other services!

There is no other place to go to get your car repaired or checked. Chapel Hill is THE most service oriented professional and careful choice for work on your car. They really care about doing a great job. Plus they offer free rides to and from their place. Cannot be near for price service value. I'm a customer for life!

Recently used this location for installation of TPMS sensors for some new aftermarket rims for my Tesla Model 3. There was a small snafu in the pricing provided on the original call, but it was quickly worked out. I opted to bring the rims (with tires) in off of the vehicle and the team was helpful in getting them unloaded and completed the work on schedule. I did a lot of shopping around and voiced my concerns around any cosmetic damage to the new rims, they took these concerns seriously and it shows, on pickup the rims were still in pristine condition, not a scratch or nick on them! Overall the pricing was a little high, but they were up-front with the pricing on the second call and did great work, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.

I have been bringing my car to Chapel Hill Tire @ Woodcroft for the last few years and every time they are incredibly easy to work with, very professional, friendly, and do a great job. This last visit I added a car detailing service to my typical maintenance. Alexa in particular was incredibly helpful with organizing all that needed to be done. She went the extra mile to make sure it was all taken care of. On top of that, their detailing service did an incredible job. I highly recommend them!
