Falconbridge Animal Hospital

Everyone I've met at Falconbridge has been amazing. The vets and all the staff are warm and welcoming, and the practice is run really efficiently. We've never had to sit long in the waiting room for our appointments. I'd recommend them to anyone who needs a vet.

Moving from out of state, I was worried about finding a new vet/groomer for my cats. However, Falconbridge Animal Hospital has exceeded all of my expectations. The entire team there is exceptionally caring, knowledgeable, and devoted to animals. Emily groomed my long-haired cat and did an amazing job! My cat gets weary around new people but she loved Emily! They all truly go above and beyond in providing top-notch care, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone seeking exceptional veterinary services for their furry companions.

As a first time pet owner and with my first visit to Falconbridge, it was absolutely an amazing experience! Everyone from the vet, nurses, to the front desk people were so kind and friendly. The vet herself was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and addressed all of my concerns. I highly recommend Falconbridge for any of your pets needs, because I guarantee they will be met!

We came to Falconbridge because of Niki. We followed her from her previous practice. Niki is amazing and really cares about Richie. Today, we meet Kim the Practice Manager. She was so friendly and kind. Very different from the previous practice. Richie and I were going there for 4 years and never met her!
The staff at Falconridge is so friendly and helpful. Always greets you with a smile.

We LOVE Falconbridge! It’s got such a small, family friendly feel. They treat our dog Max like a puppy prince. They answered all our questions and were incredibly patient with our nervous dog.

Just picked up my very anxious dog from being groomed by Emily. He was the happiest little camper! She did a great job grooming him, and clearly had him at ease. So thankful that Falconbridge has a groomer again.

Fantastic experience. (Will update review as dog heals.) (Dog 100% now) Dog had a bad gash across her pad, called around to a few places, Falconbridge had an opening (amen). **Update 1 was A+++**

**Final Update** Dog is perf. Its been two months and her paw is normal now. It was more-or-less normal about a month ago. Falconbridge did great. I use another vet for regular pet stuff but will likely move over to this vet because of how great everyone is.

All staff were exceptional: the phone person was easy to talk to and attentive, Dr. Lara Burkholder and the other person who helped her (sorry I forgot your name) were professional, attentive and confident (considering the injury to the dog the staff here were terrific) .

The dog's pad was still intact but some of it was flopping off. Dr Burkholder and staff checked it out and immediately knew what to do. Dog got anesthesia and they stitched her paw back on. From phone call to dog home it was less than 3 hours--super great experience by these pros.

I have not been able to look at the stitching to see what is going on with her pad as it is wrapped up, so I cannot comment on that part of the dealio yet.

I have two more appointments with Dr. Burkholder to check on the healing and what not. As of now the service here is great and I would come back.

**Update** Dog has some spotting of blood appear on her bandage, I called, and they found time to take her in same day to check out the wound and see how it was healing. I was in and out with a new bandage and happy dog. I still did not see the stitches myself but confidence in this place, at this point, is great. Thank you Falconbridge!!

Great local vet service. Able to get appointments for my new pup easily and they have explained things thoroughly throughout. Highly recommend for anyone looking for local, attentive vet services.

Kind and compassionate staff. I never feel rushed -- they always take the time to fully explain any concerns about my pet, answer my questions, and provide alternatives for treatment.

My visit was a very positive one. The front desk ladies were very friendly and welcoming. The Dr. just showed my Poppy so much love, feed her treats and made her a very happy dog. I highly recommend this Animal Hospital.

I have been bringing my animals and my families animals here, since we were kids. They are attentive, give great communication to you, they love an care for your critters like you do and on the hardest days they are there to support you an help you never forget the furry loved ones. Would always recommend.

The staff and doctors at this vet practice are absolute angels. They gave my aging cat wonderful care and when it came time to put her down due to a myriad of health issues they were unbelievably compassionate and caring. This was the first time I had to put an animal down so it was super hard and so I was incredibly grateful for their support and empathy throughout the process. Would definitely recommend Dr Burkholder.

We absolutely love Falconbridge! We are new to the area and were nervous about finding another fantastic vet for our two dogs, cat, and foster pups, but we lucked out on the first try! The staff is incredible - from the admin team to the techs and docs. Everyone is so upbeat and helpful, and they really make you feel like your pet is the most important one! We love having the online pharmacy and the PetDesk app too. We highly recommend Falconbridge Animal Hospital.

Falconbridge offers exceptional customer service. After being turned away from several other animal hospitals, I got a same-day appointment at Falconbridge; they worked their schedule to fit me in. The staff is outstanding; everyone treated my pets like their own. Falconbridge is the one to use if you are looking for a caring vet practice.

Falconbridge has been taking care of my rabbit for the past 6 years. Dr. Karl is awesome and so are the other staff. I highly recommend them.

My cat developed a urinary blockage. Falconbridge was the 3rd vet in 2 days that I took him to. I told them up front that I had already paid a lot of money at these other vets with no results, but Falconbridge told me to bring him right over! They were more focused on getting my fur baby healthy again before their profits! They made me feel so good! Like I could get treatment for him regardless of financial status! That is what pet care is all about and I am so glad they got my boy healthy again!

We LOVE the doctors and staff at Falconbridge! They are competent and caring! Someone from the office always calls and checks on us after procedures.

I showed up 15 minutes early to do paperwork, they got me right into a room so my cat didn't have to sit out with the dogs. Staff were all super friendly. The vet listened to my concerns and explained everything. Was also really fond of how fond she was of my new kitty!! Extra surprise at the end when the first wellness exam/new patient visit was free. So far there's no reason for me and Lyra to not keep coming back! I was in and out in about half an hour.

Brought my dog here, after transferring from living in Florida all of her 5yrs of life, this office is the best. Friendly staff, humble and down to earth, the place is super neat, the Dr is incredible and amazing, the prices are 1/8th of what it costs in FL, all in all 20 Stars out of 5. Keep it up, you guys rock
