I’m new to the area and a First time customer here. I had an Excellent experience at Crumpler’s Automotive. These are genuinely honest, nice people, no pressure, no games! They completed an 80K mile service on my Camry for half of what I was paying at the dealer. My car was ready when they promised & for the price I was quoted. They’ve earned my business.

Crumplers always goes above and beyond to help you understand what is going on and treats you fairly. They are a family owned business that treats you like family. I do not take my vehicles anywhere else anymore. I highly suggest them.

Hands down the BEST customer service. Always help get our needs met at a great price and timely response. If you don’t come here you’re missing out. BEST in the area.

Quick and professional. I purchased new rims and tires for my old Gravely walk-behind mower and took it all to Crumplers for mounting (trust me, this was a real odd job). They did a great job and even modified the set up of my mower for easy changeability between my new turf tires and the old, aggressive tires. If you need something done well, even if it is out of left field, I recommend Crumplers.

They Did a great job with my exhaust

I've always trusted Crumpler's Auto Repair Shop ever since 2014. plus I would recommend them to anyone who has work to be done on they're automobile. The shop is very reliable in taking good care of the customers who walk through their doors. Thank you for all that you stand for in the community.

Richie and the team have always been trustworthy with my vehicles. My SUV was previously taken to a specialized brake place and the wrong size brake pads were placed on. Richie worked on it all day fixing the problem the last place did 18 months ago. He only charged a fraction of what labor hours he put into it. Really scary to think about what could have happened with the bad brake pads.
