Dunkin'

The workers are amazing!! I ended up leaving my phone there, the workers Tania and another worker I wish I knew his name held my phone for me. They had great energy and they most definitely deserve a raise!

Store is always clean and they always get my mobile order done quickly. Workers are always very polite. I come here almost every day before work and always get good service.

My coffee and matcha are always amazing and my order has never been incorrect. This team is efficient and quick! Love this location.

I do the drive thru here all the time and it's consistently a pleasant experience. No notes. Great Dunkin. Please give everyone here a raise.

I’m a tired momma and had a tough night with a newborn. I dragged myself out to Dunkin’ (because I’m a recovering New Englander and there Dunkin is life) for a pick me up and was greeted by the whole staff with bright smiles and love for my baby that I had in tow. It really brightened my morning and made the exhaustion better. That and the reliably yummy coffee and bagel. I also do the drive through here sometimes and again am always greeted with a smile. Thanks Dunkin’ for providing me my caffeine life blood with cheer!

It’s a smaller location and the drive through can get backed up on the weekends. Driver beware. But, if you walk in I’ve never had a problem standing in line.

The only negative about this Dunkin is at times the drive-thru line can get quite long but generally moves fast. Coffee is almost always good to include more complex drinks like Macchiatos.

I got good service and food. Bathroom was clean .

I love this location and the employees are always top-notch. Especially Will, who is consistently kind and helpful. Seriously he makes appreciate the help good customer service.

I came to this Dunkin’ Donuts today to place an order for my son. And I while I’m waiting for an order in the drive-through, The person before me was giving them a horrible time. Which of course, held up the line. They made everybody behind them wait but, when I got to the window Will made up for it. He was kind to me, and just so polite. Will, I want to say thank you, again for your amazing customer service.

This has been my go-to coffee spot since moving to Durham in 2022. The staff are friendly, consistent, and hard-working. I appreciate their efforts every day and the delicious coffee!

This place is awesome I love the sausage egg and cheese croissant and the bacon egg and cheese McMuffins ☺

As is often the case at this location, you get the faster service by going inside. The drive-thru is often very full. I ordered the Angus steak bagel breakfast sandwich and a mint hot chocolate. My order came up quickly and correctly. The mint flavoring was just right and I enjoyed the breakfast sandwich, although it could have been a little warmer.

This place has come a long way over the years. It's doing so much better now. Staff is friendly, and I have yet to have an order messed up.

I love Dunkin’. When my old people like Will and another man who worked there was present, my coffee was always right never had any problems!! This new/recent staff, they can never get it right and it’s not a hard iced coffee to make. But gave it 5 stars because I love Dunkin .

I love this place! My girls and I come here all the time for their amazing hot chocolate and donuts. The staff is friendly and fast. The place is always clean. I have a special way that I like my hot chocolate and they start the process when they see my car pull up! Great customer service and the donuts are always fresh.

Just ate here, after waiting and walking out of Denny's for service. Made us feel like we were welcomed. Like we were the only customers there. Food was great! My wife ate an egg and cheese bagel. I had the chicken and bacon croissant. Both were excellent. Service was friendly! Awesome!

The new Peach Sunshine SPARKD' Energy drink is amazing.

Went this morning before a long shift today with a semi-complex coffee order (which people almost always get wrong). The manager taking my order, William, recognized this could be complex and stopped what he was doing to make my coffee so it would definitely be right. Between preparing for a 12hr shift and bracing for the hurricane, this small gesture was dearly appreciated!

This is the bets DD I have ever been too. In the morning they get you in and out very quickly and are so nice. In the afternoon I seriously go every single day and they always make a fresh pot of coffee for me!!I love this store, it is always clean and my favorite spot for coffee (so much better than Starbucks, Jo Van Gough and Bean Traders!!) <3 DD
