I love working for this company they do work with you if you have any kind of problems and they help when and if they can. Idk about the company but this one the CEO came thru and gave the whole plant Christmas bonuses. The hours are long but with weekends off you can’t really complain so I’m happy.

30 minutes to get loaded. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. All the beautiful women were an added bonus.

This job (Kiln Tech) so far has not been my worst experience. My only con this far is having to do another department's job when they are short staffed. Otherwise, cool people, decent support and above average pay for the area.

Quick loading, but staging area wait time to get loaded is lengthy. If there is inclimate weather they will halt loading until weather clears up. Must use tarping machine outside facility, there is only one truck at a time at tarping machine. They do allow overnight parking.

Please do something about the two motor mouths on the CB. Security can't communicate with the drivers with those two jabbering non stop . This is at the Bay Springs MS facility .I really don't care to listen to them discuss how bad you are to work for and how much they hate their jobs for two hours while trying to hear the security officer .

Poor wood chip loading ..a owner operator will never make a good living pulling chips from this place It always take 2 to 3 hours to load one truck sometimes longer because the chips never consistently run it’s more talking n sitting around going on other than working

The Plant Manager Rob Oehrli in Bay Springs, MS does not have any type of professionalism when dealing with his employees. He doesn’t lead by example when comes to employee confidentiality nor is he trustworthy. I believe This plant would succeed in the future if they had a professional manager who treats their employees with respect and shows appreciation for all that they accomplish.
