Nordstrom

The only store in the mall that doesn't give me anxiety. Smaller amount of clothes to choose from = a happy brain. Expensive, but very nice stuff. This has become my go-to when I need a dress for a wedding.

I worked with Kyle on two separate occasions he helped my mom with many shoes maybe 15 and he was very patient even though we didn’t buy anything with him. When we were leaving the mall we went back and bought some shoes there I couldn’t find Kyle but we went back because of the great customer service.

The customer service Daikwan provided was amazing! I went to 6 stores I couldn’t find shoes that I liked in a size 11 so I decided to go to Nordstrom. I was looking for loafers. Daikwan was polite, kind and very helpful he brought as many size 11 loafers that he could find in different styles. I felt appreciate and treated well. I’m thankful for his hard work to provide customers with a great experience.

I didn’t catch his name, but the Tom Ford rep who helped me this morning with exploring some scents was extremely helpful and pleasant! I drove almost an hour just to smell Tom Ford Tuscan Leather before ordering it (a lot of places have it to order but not in stock to try or smell.) He gave me some good information about the scent, showed me a few new ones and helped me make my decision. I’ve been to other Nordstroms and interacted with other fragrance reps who all kind of treated me like answering my questions or talking about different fragrances was a bother, but this Tom Ford rep was patient and polite…the young lady who was working the section pointed me in his direction but she was extremely pleasant as well. Because of these two, I’ve even decided that I’m going to start getting my fragrances from Nordstrom instead of Sephora and I think it would even be worth it to come to this specific location whenever I need more. Just wanted to give flowers for great service!

I’ve worked with Erica, one of the fitters in the bra department, both at Nordstrom as well as other locations. Nordstrom is lucky to have her. She has an encyclopedic knowledge of all the brands and styles, and has a magical ability to find a comfortable and great fitting bra for all her clients. She is a gem! I’ll definitely be coming back for her assistance in the future.

Great store. Wonderful staff. The Bistro Cafe and the coffee shop are first rate.

I had a great experience here today working with Amanda. I needed a few shirts for an important event. Amanda assisted in picking out just what I needed and gave me great feedback. She had me on my way quickly. She was Very friendly and treated as a valued customer. I looked around and noticed others receiving great customer service as well. The store had plenty of staff on hand. If you can get in mid week during the day, it was not crowded at all. Also, great quality merchandise.

Nordstrom is doing some remodeling, so some areas can be unorganized. Jadalillie from makeup was very helpful and gave my sister some good makeup advice.

Staff Tyler and Josh at men's shoes are the greatest specialists we have ever worked with in so long!! We are visiting from California. Because of their kindness we bought 5 pairs of shoes 😲😃

Tina @ the Jo Malone cosmetic counter is truly the epitome of just great professional service !! Her and her new colleague were truly engaging and personable and I truly enjoyed the conversation and service they provide!! I will certainly make this location and Tina my go to person next I make my next purpose!! I really felt seen and valued as a person and customer!! Thank you ladies❤❤❤

Went in to Streets at Southpoint Mall Nordstroms in Durham today for some new bras. The associate that started helping me put me in a bra I was very uncomfortable with and then left to help another customer because she didn't think I would buy? I asked a second associate (shaved head, younger, Erika?) for advice. That associate worked with me for an hour. Corrected the fit issues of the first girl immediately and without a tape measure. She then bought me in more bras I loved as well as underwear she recommended; Natori underwear and I am totally in love with them!

Imagine my shock and surprise when the initial associate requested I be checked out under her account id at the register in front of other customers. I guess they work on commission, and if that is true, the first associate deserved a negative commission. I really wish I would have gotten her name.

Let's be honest. The first lady spent less than 10 minutes helping me, gave me an ill fitting bra, told me it looked good, then left me to handle two customers that were together (commission?). Erika fit me correctly, stayed with me for an hour and made me feel like I was the priority rather than the sell. I will always request Erika from now on. I recommend that anyone wanting a professional fitting go here and schedule an appointment with Erika.

Outstanding Customer Service from Miss D in the Men's Department!!!

Decent Nordstrom. They don't have as high-end clothing as some other Nordstrom's, but the clothes they have are decent. Some men's brands I saw were Bonobos, Levi's, AG, Nike, Under Armour, Madewell, Club Monaco, Canada Goose, etc

Super helpful staff… went over and above to find a product for me.
