Poor services.

Take payments over the phone! Not all elderly can drive or operate online.

They settled with bank draft finally. But still won’t make payments available online. Very difficult for somebody to make payments if they work out of state since they don’t take payment over the phone.

First of all, the water has never been safe to drink. The workers in the office are rude and very nonchalant. You can’t pay your bill online to avoid even dealing with them. They don’t accept debit or credit cards. The list goes on. This company is just awful.

Do yourself a favor and dig a well!! The water looks like raw sewage over 50% of the time! The staff is a nightmare to deal with!! They are extremely rude and will inflate your bill without warning!!! They will hold you accountable for bills when the county busts your line and force you to pay or turn off your utilities (even if you were at work and had absolutely no knowledge of any incident)!!! Horrible service, horrible water, horrible people!!! You will never own white clothing ever again, your tubs and toilets will be stained, and the water will rust out your water heater....but don't worry...they have tested it and claim it's safe to drink!! Seriously looks worse than pond water!!!

Pitiful excuse for a public utilities company. Water is dirty half the time. It is not uncommon to go without water for 24 hours plus due to regular “water leaks” My family and business relies on running water that i can’t get half the time. DO BETTER!

POOR SERVICE AND THE OLD LADY AT THE DESK IS CROOKED STEALING MONEY FROM PEOPLE TOTALLY EXTORTION AND SHE IS ALSO RACIST NEEDS TO BE THROWN IN JAIL VERY BASTY DIRESPECTFUL ATTITUDE

This is the worst water place I have ever been with don't have the options to pay online or over the phone 🙃 😒 😐 the worst for sure. I hate this place.

member elected water association that provides the worst service imaginable. The water is terrible and the people who work in the office are worse! If you can avoid using this company, then do!
