Rollie Olin has been my insurance agent for many years. His office staff is very courteous and responds quickly to inquiries. Rollie provides friendly, personalized service, and I can count on him to give me the best advice for my insurance needs.

Purchased flood insurance based on Mr. Olin's recommendation back in '03 and renewed for 5 consecutive years until letting it lapse in 2010. Then in August 2017 I told Mr. Olin I wanted to renew the flood coverage. This time he unequivocally said it would be a wast of money since the policy would not settle a claim given the way my property is laid out. My property hasn't changed since '03 but Mr. Olin's recommendation has. That leaves me feeling I wasted $920 in premiums for insurance that, according to Mr. Olin, is now a waste of money. He said he never recommended the insurance because he never gives advice or makes recommendations...it's always up to the client to decide what to do. Weird response given that for the many years I insured through him he gave me a ton of advice and recommendations. Oh well, buyer beware!
