Ichiban Hibachi & Sushi Bar --Pearl

My 1st time eating here in Pearl, MS and it was well worth it. The ambiance was lovely. The staff were very helpful and polite. The place was clean, there was a short wait before being seated for it to be a Saturday evening. Though my chicken was a bit overcooked, the meal overall was delicious. I substituted the fried rice with noodles and had a side vegetable spring rolls. It was sad good pick that I would try out again.

Ichiban in Pearl was a great choice for Hibachi. To start, the entry was very inviting and luxurious. The staff greeted as we walked in the door, and we were seated immediately. Given the time of day we visited (early afternoon), I can not speak on how busy they may be during peak hours. The waitress was attentive and prompt with our requests. The chef was at the cooking station with our selections slightly before receiving the drinks and sides. He confirmed each order, and began prepping immediately. He did not do a full performance which was okay as we were hungry and ready to eat. Once he completed the order and left the table, the table was cleaned within minutes. The restaurant was clean throughout, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. I would recommend this restaurant if you’re in the area.

Loved everything about this experience! My first time at one of these, I have been missing out, it was like dinner and a show! Unfortunately we could not get a bottle of wine to celebrate. We sat with 5 other strangers and soon started chatting away. Our chef was very talented and cooked everything just right. The serving is huge, enough to have leftovers.

Great place for groups or couples. The food is delicious and plentiful. My family and me enjoyed the full experience. They have excellent drinks. I don't think you can choose anything bad here. I highly recommend the liquid Marijuana. You'll be glad you tried it.

This place was such a random stop, but I am so glad I did try it. I was headed to Alabama and wanted something different to eat. I pulled up up google and boom. The food was fresh and absolutely delicious. I went for lunch and I was taken back at how much food that they gave us but I was not complaining at all. I ordered scallops and they were amazing!!

I went for lunch with my friend. We both had the salmon teriyaki bento boxes. It was $15 and was terrific! The salmon sits on a bed of very flavorful broccoli and other veggies. Generous portions. I definitely recommend!

My first visit here. HANDS DOWN!!! Probably the best Sushi and service ever!! The photos are not from my personal experience, but this is what we ordered, and these people are definitely consistent! Looked exactly like our order. The freshest, best tasting ever! Highly recommended 👌

Always enough food for 2 more meals. Be sure and look your check over. They had already added a 15% gratuity on ours and there was only 2 of us.

Hands down one of the best places to get sushi! All their food is amazing though! Staff is always friendly, and the place is always clean!

The food here is fantastic. The hibachi grill and chefs are so much fun especially for the kids. The service was excellent even though we went right before closing. The atmosphere is very romantic and modern. The sushi we had was fresh and the portions from the grill are unreal. Highly recommended!

Good service don’t confuse the two Ichiban locations one is a Buffay the other is a restaurant you can order at. They are right next to each other.

Everything about this place is excellent. By far the BEST hibachi buffet I ever visit. Lived in MS for 3 weeks & came back to back 4 days in a roll. I miss this place dearly. Great employees.

Great food. Loved the new romen and hibachi. The service was excellent. Tip the hostess. She's the bees knees.

Absolutely delicious. We had lunch here today for the Hibachi. My fiancé & I both got the Hibachi Steak (medium rare) & Scallops. EVERYTHING was cooked perfectly. Our Waitress was so sweet & the best. Highly recommend & would eat here again.

The food and service was great. This was our first time to this restaurant. When we sat down my 5 year old son dropped his toy onto the grill. He immediately reached for it and burned his hands. We were sitting much closer to the grill than I'm used to at hibachi restaurants. I didnt like how close we were or that the grill was on the whole time.
Yes we did tell him to stop and don't go after the toy and he didn't listen. He has definitely learned his lesson.
Just wanted to give other parents a heads up that the table part where you eat isn't as deep as most other restaurants I've been too.
The food and service was great though. We will go back but maybe not with kids next time.

We did not have a long wait. From the waitress to the chef interaction, it was all smiles and good vibes. Watching the food being cooked right in front of you and the chef doing tricks made the experience better.

Fresh and yummy! They have an entire building for takeout..or take a seat in calm and clean dining area! Pleasant and friendly staff! Absolutely recommend to all my family and friends and I will also be returning..can never have too much of a good thing 😁

Amazing! The cook was nice and funny and helped the kids really enjoy the experience. Can't wait to go back.
