We stayed one night during our honeymoon roadtrip.. I was a bit anxious after reading some reviews but our room which was a junior suite was very spacious and clean.

We really appreciated the staff and the valet parking with in and out.

The bed is a bit soft but we did sleep fine and the room was very quiet. We didn't hear any noise or anyone else.

The fact that the bar and restaurant are closed didn't bother us because we didn't plan on using them and we were told about it prior to our arrival.

The pool on the rooftop is a bit small but the view is cute.

The hotel location is very convenient with the museum and about a mile from the gateway arch.

I came to the city just to watch a baseball game. I chose this hotel because it wasn’t horribly far from the stadium. It was actually a nice walk and I got to see some of the city. There were several restaurants just up the street. I flew and didn’t rent a car but I do know they do not have parking. They have a lot across the street you pay to park in. The room was super nice and the bed was very comfortable. I didn’t get to use the pool because the weather wasn’t the best. But the staff was friendly and check in went smoothly.

We stayed a couple nights, and if you’re looking for a place with spacious rooms and unique charm, this is the place for you. To correct some of the other reviews, their rooftop pool is open until 9 or 9:30pm, but due to rain and lightning while we stayed, it remained closed.

Huge shoutout to their team and 10/10 for customer service. On our last night there, a relative who was staying at another hotel had an error with his reservation and asked to stay with us since they forgot to extend his booking. I asked the front desk for a rollout bed, but they had all been issued, so instead, they immediately set us up in a new room that had a sofa bed.

Because of their generosity, we were all able to get some good sleep before a long day of travel. They went above and beyond to accommodate a last minute request. That level of service is hard to beat. Highly recommended!

Very nice employees, clean rooms, and a comfortable bed. It's within walking distance to the City Museum. Other St Louis venues are close also. Will definitely stay here again when coming to the St Louis area. Wonderful view from the pool deck!!

Such a fun and unique hotel. The front desk and valet person were so very nice. Very chill atmosphere which was great since we got snowed in for a day. They were more than accommodating for our late check out so we weren't stuck waiting so long at the airport. Our king room was set up so cute and unique I bet the suites are amazing!

Staff were great. Old factory that had been updated. Had some neat features. Had a fire alarm in the middle of the night. Everyone exited in good time. Staff did a good job helping guests. One of the guests had lit a candle in the room. Was happy to know what caused it. Would definitely return!

Traveled here for TransWorld's Halloween Trade Show 2024. Stayed 3 nights and had my doubts about this property prior to staying. I was blown away by how great this stay was, though! The staff was friendly, the building, rooms and guest floors feel very secure (Downtown St. Louis can be a bit sketchy at times). The rooftop view is gorgeous, the rooms are clean. The walkability is fantastic to pretty much wherever you need to go in the area. I'll most likely be returning to this hotel next year!

We didn't have any issues, so no interactions with the staff. Room has an industrial look that's great. Comfortable bed, huge showers. Great locations, lots of bars and restaurants near by. We'd stay here again.

Stayed for two nights. Love the older architecture and high ceilings, made the room feel much bigger. Rooms were very quiet, barely heard neighbors. Plenty of parking close, walking distance to plenty of restaurants and other things to do.

BEST HOTEL EVER! All of the staff was AMAZING! Gretchen in the Lobby bar was so sweet and always took care of us. House keeping came when we would expect them to. Rooms were clean and the vibe of them was so cool. Orlando helped us a ton and was so fun! There were sheriffs that walked around for security and also security at the door. Pool was super fun and relaxed. Overall we loved our stay here!!

I wanted to be disappointed by this because of the reviews and rather astonishing replies from the owner but... It was really nice. Everyone who interacted with us was sweet and very helpful. The room elevator requires key cards to activate so it felt very secure. The room was gorgeous and clean and the shower was big enough to fit 8. Comfy bed, clean linens.
We had no issues with sound or interruptions.
Rooftop pool was awesome but needed some chemical adjustments - very very salty/chemical smell. Otherwise, no complaints.

Sex was amazing!!!!! Probably less about the hotel and more about my spouse…. The staff was friendly and attentive. The room was very comfortable, decorated with an eclectic and vintage flair. The bed was comfortable and spacious! Recommend bringing your own pillows unless you have a good chiropractor. The bathroom was big and had a really fun layout (fun showers). It does act as a megaphone for any sounds made there, so if you have explosive tendencies, you may want to avoid eating Mexican or White Castle before your stay… or turn up the cool, vintage style radio super loud! They do have public restrooms outside the rooms…. The pool was nice and the views of the St Louis skyline were amazing. It is a pool though and you can’t choose what people wear. At both bars, I would not recommend the mixed drinks/cocktails. Stick to bottles or wines… we loved the robes and room service!! We had an amazing time and would definitely stay there again!

We just finished a five night stay with two rooms for a visit to St. Louis. While the downtown area is a bit depressed, the hotel is a breath of fresh air. The rooms were oversized and each was unique in layout. The bathrooms are large with a walk in shower - great waterflow and temperature. The staff is wonderful, friendly and extremely helpful, from Erica, Rita, Tiffany and Paul at the front desk to Artur and Orlando, the two bellmen who manage everything from valet to baggage assistance at a frenetic pace and with a great command of their work. Amanda and Daniel were also friendly and cared about their guests at the pool bar, and the rooftop pool has amazing views! We did not meet any of the folks who clean rooms, but they do a great job too. Every single employee simply cares a great deal about every guests' experience. They also have very nice and completely engaged security around at all times. We would definitely stay here again.

My first time at this hotel was really nice. The rooms were super cute and we had a view of downtown. The staff was really nice. While we didn't get to go to the pool, I hear it's really nice in the summer.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this exquisite hotel on the 16th block of Washington Ave. in downtown St. Louis, and I cannot praise it enough for its high-end appointments, industrial yet classy ambiance, and its status as a true hidden treasure.

From the moment you step into the lobby, it's evident that this hotel has undergone a meticulous renovation. The high-end appointments are immediately noticeable, with sleek and modern designs that exude sophistication. The attention to detail is commendable, and it's clear that every aspect of the hotel has been carefully curated to provide a luxurious experience.

What sets this hotel apart is its unique blend of industrial aesthetics and timeless elegance. The exposed brick walls and metal accents create an industrial feel that adds character to the space, while the plush furnishings and tasteful decor maintain a sense of class and refinement. It's a harmonious fusion that caters to those seeking a stylish and distinctive atmosphere.

The location is nothing short of perfect. Situated on the 16th block of Washington Ave., the hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of many downtown attractions, making it an ideal choice for both business and leisure travelers. Whether you're exploring the vibrant nightlife, attending meetings, or simply enjoying the city, this central location provides easy access to everything St. Louis has to offer.

However, what truly makes this hotel a hidden treasure is the sense of exclusivity it offers. Despite its prime location, it feels like a well-kept secret, providing a quiet retreat from the bustling city outside. The attentive staff adds to this feeling, offering personalized service that makes you feel like a valued guest rather than just a visitor.

In conclusion, this hotel on the 16th block of Washington Ave. is a rare find that seamlessly blends high-end appointments, an industrial-chic ambiance, and a convenient yet discreet location. It's a hidden gem that I would highly recommend to anyone seeking an unforgettable and sophisticated experience in the heart of downtown St. Louis.

Stayed here for my wedding, and had a 21 room wedding-block.
Our event coordinator changed midway and took a bit to get back on our feet.
Minute we met Hillary, all of our fears went away. Hilary single-handedly made our weekend. She was the event coordinator, bartender, planner, everything.

The rooms are massive -- I stayed in the presidential suite -- 900 sqft and ample room. Great shower.

I will note that hotel staff are limited.. but its a great hotel, good value -- great parking attendant ORLANDO! great front desk PAUL -- APPRECIATE YOU ALL.

Great hotel close to restaurants and the concert venue. Spacious room. Walls insulated enough so that we couldn't hear anyone else on our floor. My only complaint was the breakfast my friend ordered didn't look good at all, but my breakfast on the other hand was really good. All in all, I would stay here again.

My husband and I had a great time. The moment we checked at the front desk, to the rooftop service at the bar and back down to the front desk before checkout to grab some toothpaste. I appreciated the staff more than anything. Beautiful hotel and of course the rooftop pool is fabulous but nothing beats a top tier team of people.
