We had a great experience purchasing through Winegardner GMC. My family members had purchased from Winegardner in the past and highly recommended them. I wanted a specific set of features (Bench seat on a loaded Yukon) and Tommy found one to match my needs. When I had to quickly follow up on a small issue, I appreciated the closeness of the small dealership rather than the larger dealerships I had worked with in the past. They provided excellent personalized service. I would be happy to recommend Winegardner GMC to anyone interested in a new or used vehicle.

My customer service experience at Winegardner GMC in Prince Frederick, MD was outstanding! Mike from the Service Department called to inform me of his analysis of the maintenance he recommended, and the dealership customer service rep called me later in in the day with a summary of the maintenance performed. Courteous, competent, timely, responsive....what more could you ask for?!

This was my first experience with bringing my car in for service and it was amazing! I dropped my car off and the staff were wonderful. They greeted me with a smile and asked how they could help me the moment I walked in the door, checked me in and offered me a courtesy car wash which of course I accepted. Off I went to run some errands with a friend and two hours later I was picking my car up and it was as clean as the day I bought it. They had me checked out and on my way within mins. Very pleased and happy with the experience!

My saleswoman Linda Vicki did a tremendous amount of help on me buying my first GMC, Kevin Graham who was my finance person, never knew how smooth buying a vehicle could be.

Working with Antonio was a breeze of fresh air. Extremely knowledgeable and only showed us what we wanted to look at. Didn't try to sell us something we didn't need. He answered all of my questions fully. I went in there only to look at the Yukon or Yukon XL. I explained what I need and why. He pointed me directly to my new SUV. It wasn't until we were in his office and I looked at his card did I learn he was the GM. Which I really appreciated. He is extremely down to earth. Doesn't sugarcoat or pull your chain which I really appreciate. Thank you again Antonio!

Very professional. I choose to wait for my services to be completed. Waiting area was comfortable and the gentleman that assisted me kept me informed throughout the time I waited.

I am Happy I had the engine light coming on . Had to do with the censors Jason and the mechanics replaced them but keep it over night for a final check also all four tires would lose pressure and not the same ones or same time driving me crazy to the point I carried a hand pump with me. Jason said over time the bead on the tire can break the seal and cause it to lose pressure. Boy am I happy they took fantastic care of us. When we bought our Vehicle Sam suggested we add the service contract which we did Happy

Mark Richardson and the entire staff at the body shop was amazing. Courteous and professional and quick to respond. I was shocked that it only took 2 days for my truck to be repaired. I was out of town on vacation when the accident happened and Mark responded quickly ensuring I could get my truck in upon my return. Class act and highly recommend!
