Wetlands Overlook Park

There are two great pavilions with wetland views, but the grass is too tall, why not tidy it up?

Very wonderful small park. Great views of the wetlands, with a few places to sit and relax. There is an excellent educational center that is good for all especially for children. Open Tuesday through Saturday 11-4. Bathrooms are opened during daylight hours. You can also enjoy the nature trails

Part of my walk whenever I visit my brother in North Beach. We'll kept park with nice walkways over a wetlands sanctuary. Lots of birds...

This year it was my pre-Thanksgiving walk.

Such a cute little park. There’s not a whole lot to do but would be super cute for a picnic, dog walk, or place for kids to ride a bike. The best part of this park is the view. The gorgeous grasses and houses that overlook the bay are amazing.

On a side note there are well kept bathrooms on the property so if you’re there on a hot day you can walk in and sit down for a few minutes to cool down as well.

Great little location for a small wedding which we’ve gone to here before.

It's a really pretty place to visit that has benches and gazebos so you can take it all in. There is also a nature trail that goes through a wooded area.

Lovely spot for walks, picnics, pictures, oh and a wedding. They have a rest room and the area is very beautiful.

Small but quaint. I've lived in this area for a few years and didn't know about this little park. We just happened upon it one day. I absolutely love that the Town of North Beach basically took what was done excess town property which was not being used, gave it a face lift, and essentially gave it back to the citizens. We're not bird watchers, but we love having nature rich isolated areas put aside for the wellbeing of those who may use it. It's the Rock Creek Park of North Beach, to scale.

Awesome place to view nature, especially for younger ones. It's relatively small, but is very well taken care of. The view of the bay is fantastic, and the trails through the woods are very peaceful. Would recommend bug spray.

I found this place due to the arrival of a very rare Roseate Spoonbill, which was posted in MD Birding. I've only visited twice, so far, but it's an impressive, well manicured park with the potential for excellent bird watching. It's a bit deserted at the moment, but I expect it will be very busy in a few weeks. There's a nice gazebo and a short boardwalk with excellent viewing. Recent posts show a large gathering of Tri Colored Herons and Egrets. I think I'll be visiting soon.

Gorgeous and serene park hidden just off the beaten path

I go to the park with my friends every day. Btw doing 2 turns on a bike in the gazebo is fun.

I loved location, took pictures and played pokeymon. They just happen to have bathrooms on site, which helps alot.
