The Customer Service is amazing... One in particular I dealt with was GEORGE. I call the store the day before, he found the shoe and held the shoe for me at the register. Upon arriving to pick up one pair of shoes, I received a warm welcome to the store from... GEORGE of course and ended up leaving with 3 pair. Off Broadway is my NEW favorite shoe store...and hopefully George hangs around there...

Great store , great customer Service, wide variety of selections of shoes , this is my experience never had a problem with anything , prices were a little high but that’s about it , it looks like the building is closed though , jus posted a picture of the place today 02/23/2022, has it gone out of business ? If so , so sad to see it shut down.

BOGO FREE!!. I got me two pairs of boots for the winter and I can't complain. The shoes I bought were very comfortable and I am definitely going to come back soon.

I went into this store with my family and was excited to see the BOGO sale since my kids and husband each needed a couple of pairs of shoes each. Imagine my surprise when my son wanted to try on a pair of Vans and I was told he could only try on one shoe at a time. My son has arch issues with his feet and I only purchase his primary shoes from Geaux Run or Tri Running so there was no way I was purchasing a secondary pair of shoes without him trying on both shoes at the same time. Both the left shoe and the right shoe had theft sensors on them so I really do not understand why my son was not allowed to try on these $50 shoes without this hassle. I gathered my husband, daughter, and son together and left this establishment. We chose to purchase our 6 pairs of shoes elsewhere! There are too many other shoe stores that sell Vans and allow us to try on both the left and right shoes at the same time for us to patronize this place!

Be warned BOGO is no longer BOGO if you are buying Nike shoes. Terrible experience at checkout. Trying to purchase 3 pairs of shoes and they would not honour their BOGO deal. Shop somewhere else.
