Stam's Luncheonette

Stams is an adorable Ice Cream Parlor that also serves yummy sandwiches and soup until 3pm. You definitely won't be disappointed.

We had such a great time at Stam's. We were referred to Stam's from a bottle shop owner down the street and enjoyed a scoop of pumpkin spice ice cream and birthday cake ice cream in a waffle cone with coffee. We will definitely return!

Stam's Luncheonette had amazing ice cream. My hubby had chocolate and I had honeycomb graham cracker. I loved the great service and the amazing attention to detail in the design of Stam's. Who says you can't find high style in a small historic town? I can't wait to go back; even their bathrooms were cleverly designed. Plus, they have kitties in the window!

This is my hometown and Stan’s has been a national treasure for more than my lifetime! Go try it you’ll love it just as much!

Had an amazing lunch here. Delicious tuna melt and a fountain soda. Beautiful place and pretty chill atmosphere. Would come again.

Absolutely loved this place! Stopped for lunch. It was perfect and reminds me of an old soda fountain. Soda was delicious, burger was great, tots perfect and the donut was to die for.

Nice retro diner that serves ice cream and really good food but it's a little on the expensive side. The staff were nice and the food came out in about 5 minutes. Great seating indoor and outdoor. I would definitely recommend if you want to get stuff on the cheap side get grilled cheese. But besides being on the expensive side it's a really good place

We tried this place for the 1st time today and was impressed. The sandwiches were very good and reasonably priced. As someone who frequented Stams Drug Store my entire life and had great memories as a kid going in there for the fountain sodas and ice cream, I was very happy to see how well it was renovated inside. The staff was very friendly and I will definitely be back for sodas and ice cream!

We just stopped in for a milk shake on a hot day. The employees were friendly and the store was clean! We will definitely return for lunch in the future! Milkshakes were good!

Wish I'd remembered to take pics of our lunch, but I forgot to. My husband had the grilled ham and cheese. I had the egg salad sandwich. He very much enjoyed his sandwich and the pickle it came with. I loved the egg salad. It was light, not heavy with mayo and had fresh herbs in it. The cheese puff balls that came with it were a bit stale, but not so much I couldn't eat them. The amount given was perfect, not too much. It was a great lunch for us both and we didn't feel full, so we were able to take a walk after our lunch. Thank you Stams!

A little pricey but very good food! They know how to make the bread perfect!

Stam's is SO cute! I love all the beautiful woodwork & fun light fixtures! We visited at lunch & they were busy! We had great service & everything was absolutely delicious! Even the drinks were unique & yummy! I can't wait to go back!

Nothing beats a grill cheese and tomato soup after a day of planting trees. The lavender cola was also a pleasant surprise. The staff was also nice. What a great place for lunch!

We really enjoyed the Turkey melt sandwiches, and the ice cream was EXCELLENT - we tried coffee, cookies & cream, and creme fraiche w cinnamon crunchies. All 3 flavors were delicious. The shop is adorable and it’s a great addition to Chestertown!

Got honey and graham ice cream and it was very good. Great ice cream shop ambiance. Big servings for good prices
