Food City

My first time there and it was great! I was really surprised they have a place you can eat and then go get your groceries.

Very clean and neat store. Lots of unadvertised deals. Helpful staff.

I have been in this store several times and have always had a good experience. Today, I found myself realizing mid afternoon that it was my wife’s birthday. I called several places to find a cake befitting only to be denied. I called food city and was blessed to get Rosa in the bakery. Upon hearing my situation, and some discussion she jumped into action and prepared a cake for me. I cannot express how awesome it was for her to appreciate my situation and go above and beyond to help me out. Thank you, Rosa!!

Love the new store! It's huge! And their building a gas station!!

This rating is only for the bakery. Everytime I order a cake I go to Dallas for the decorations. She is hands down the best decorator they have. She is able to do pretty much anything you want. If you need any custom cakes done definitely go to Dallas.

Great place to get groceries or buy some fried chicken at the deli

Clean well organized store. Lots of variety and always good deals. Lots of handicap parking. Easy entrance and exit to the highway. Lots of deli and bakery options.

Had what I needed when I needed it at a decent price. Can't get any better than that!

Customer service and availability of products in Sale ad plentiful.
Customer in front of us in check out line was very rude to cashier. Have observed same customer with same attitude on previous occasions. Cashier and Supervisor did not return her toxicty.

Prices are ok on sale but sometimes too high

Great customer service in the bakery!! Very knowledgeable and patient with our questions about placing a cake order. She even took the time to explain which cupcakes to purchase so we would know more about the cake and icing.

When this place opened they had a lobster tank. Now it's gone and it makes me sad.
Great store otherwise.

My visit to food city was excellent in everyway like always but the parking lot experience and the ride to food city turned out to be a wonderful turn of events in securing my 12 year relationship with my fiancé, best friend, soulmate , and soon to be husband . Hopefully if things continue moving in this direction I will Soon be giving a review on my wedding venue

Food City has excellent fresh produce. The staff are all very friendly and alert to your needs. I also appreciate how clean they keep their store and the shelves. Never a half-finished Starbucks latte sitting on a bare spot in the shelves, like certain other places....Always well-stocked with everything I need. I also appreciate the large variety of vegan cheese options they carry as well as plant-based deli slices and many frozen non-dairy treats.

This place is always well kept and stocked up.I personally use the pharmacy here because they are very on top of their game!

This is my favorite grocery store. Very clean and organized. The people who shop here actually put on nice clothes instead of their pajamas. 😯

I always shop at Food City. Wonderful prices. Need more of a better selection on pick 5 meats, what they have are good but need to include polla sausage ( whatever it's called. Great price on meats 5 for $19.99. Love Food City. Best grocery store in Dalton, Ga

The ladies in the deli department are very nice! You typically have to wait a few minutes for your food to be prepared, but it is very good! As a grocery store, their prices are very reasonable if you use their value card.
