Panera Bread

First time at this location. Young gentleman behind counter was extremely kind and patient with the senior citizens, which I was happy to see. He also kept walking around to all the tables, asking if everyone was OK. Very nice to see. The food was great!

The food is good. I like the soups and salad. My kids like the flatbread pizzas. Their cinnamon latte is good. Drive through can be slow but keep in mind it’s not a burger place.

This was my first time ever eating at Panera Bread and I have to say I loved it. The food was fast, hot and good.

Food was great and people were even better!! LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! Fire place made everything nice and Fall...ish. The squash soup was superb, so much so that I got 2 to go.

Great food, the employees were super nice. I liked how the manager made sure we were ok at our table. They gave free bread samples that were delicious.

Had Bread soup bowl & introduced my friend to it. She also loved it.

Sweetest employees ever! Also, a really clean facility. Very modern. Great for meetings, dates, friends. Food is fresh and drinks are covered (in drive thru). The Loganville location could certainly take some pointers from Management in Monroe!

Panera in Monroe was great. I ordered ahead online and my order was ready right on time and the special requests were all taken care of. We eat plant-based so I modified some of their menu items to accommodate our diet. Inside the restaurant was clean. I didn’t interact with any staff on this visit.

I placed a big catering order a couple weeks ago and my experience was incredible! Not only was the food delicious, Katelynn and her team kindly answered all of my questions (and there were a lot), kept me updated with everything along the way (she tweaked a few things I had messed up with the order to help me save money), and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable! We will definitely be using them in the future. Thank you Katelynn!!

We love this Panera! We come here weekly. The food is always great, great coffee, and the staff is always checking to see if everything came out okay!

I love coming here! One of the few places i can hit up for lunch that has quality food. Yes not everyday as it gets up there in price if you do that but for treat lunches I'll happily pay more to have better quality foid with flavor. Staff is friendly and just the right amount of attentive.

We arrived near closing time for our pickup order, got back to the car and found we had none of our cookies! The door was locked, but they were nice enough to open the door for me and get us our cookies. Much appreciated

I had a Strawberry Poppyseed Chicken salad and a Napa Almond Chicken salad sandwich on sourdough bread. Everything was really good and very filling. Service was good.

This was my first time at Panera. The food was nothing to brag about. Way too pricey. I had a gift card and since my little one had dental work and I needed her to try to eat something so she could take meds, I decided to utilize gift card. Let me say, the lady that took our order was outstanding. My daughter began bleeding a little more then normal and gauze was not helping, so before I could grab a napkin she had already got a handful and handed them too me. She also made her a ice pack while we waited on our soups, and also gave me some more napkins til we could get home and I could repack her gauze. I didn't get her name with the fact I was in hurry but wish I would have. She was awesome and I really appreciate her help!!

Always good salads, soups and sandwiches. Pastries are delicious. And, they have great lattes & mochas. Nice fireplace inside for cold days. I use the rapid pick up quite a bit-- order online & food is ready when I arrive.

the ladies that served me were just wonderful. Friendly, helpful, fast and for the order perfect. felt appreciated add a customer and even helped carry my stuff to my car because I couldn't carry in one trip.

Love these folks!! Management and staff are excellent. I’d definitely disregard any negative reviews such as one by Alex Dryden. He’s a male version of Karen and doesn’t understand what great service is. Thank you Panera!! You all rock.

Love this location! I ordered online and I didn’t realize I ordered to the wrong location. They helped me so much, one of the ladies in the back called the other location when I was having issues canceling my order. Food is always good and always hot! Thanks y’all! 💕
