The customer service is great at this store. It's the reason I keep coming back and the sales!

The customer service was great. I was quickly directed to the "Hey Dude" men's section where I found a gift I was looking for. The box for the shoes I selected was damaged so they custom made me a box. They offer a military discount and several other discount options.

Pretty good selection of shoes, reasonably priced. I have no shade to throw.

Great price and vast selection of brands and styles.

I needed to make sure that Ari- the young man that helped us today was recognized for his amazing customer service. We came in because my sons received gift cards for school shoes. They were only $25 and I was heartbroken when we first came in the store and saw the prices. This was my son's first visit to a real shoe store- usually just getting shoes I pick from a discount store. They are getting older and need better quality shoes, so I was really excited to bring them in. I was not prepared for quality shoe prices and truthfully - just wanted to leave an cry. But, we were helped by Ari. He took a lot of time to not only listen to what we needed- but understood our price limitation and went out of his way to find shoes in the right size that were also the right price. He had the best customer service and we were able to find a pair of shoes for each of the boys that they were happy with and that fit correctly. The store was packed with parents and kids trying to get shoes last minute and they had a contest to spin the wheel-the ammount of shoes stacked so high was a neat site for my boys and they were in awe of the whole place. Even with all the customers and chaos- the store was super clean. When trying to get down an aisle- there were a bunch of shoe boxes and as we got close- another employee jumped ahead of us and said, "Sorry- let me get those" and promptly picked them up and backed out the aisle so we could get through. I'm in a wheel chair, so it is hard some times to navigate- yet this employee( another young man) saw there might be an issue and took the initiative to make sure there wasn't. That is great customer service. Thank you for having some great employees that really helped turn a stressful bad day into one where my boys left happily running to the car to change into their new shoes.

Everyone was so helpful at the store. I was immediately greeted when I walked in and even the young man Alex who checked me out went above and beyond to make sure we would we received what we needed in the correct sizes. The manager was super upbeat and nice. It felt like a great event or celebration finding shoes for my family.

They were very helpful in me getting some sandals , i ordered some on line and they did not have my size . So they helped me order another one on place of that one. She was very professional and kind.

Easy to find! Nice, clean store with a huge selection! We got my little guys shoes for school and saved a good bit. However, in the time that we were there, we were never approached by an associate to see if we needed help. Once we went to check out, there wasn't much customer service there either. A "thank you" goes a long way.

Went in a little skeptical. I wanted cheap dress shoes. I figured it would be cheap both in price and quality. However what we found was exactly what I wanted but good quality and only for a tiny bit more than I wanted to pay but well within expectations. I am impressed by the quality and price.

My favorite shoe store in the Conyers/Covington area. This store is always clean, has great prices, and provides a wider range of sizes than most shoe stores. The employees we met on our last trip here, Robert and Jocelyn, were so friendly and helped us find the sizes we needed. Will definitely be returning!

Wanted to share & repost my experience with shoe carnival. Had a District manager Eric reach out & was very understanding and took care of the situation. I have to give shoe carnival credit for hiring people like Eric for the positions of district manager Great job!

I love the simplicity of placing my order using their online option. I also enjoy having the choice to pick up in store or sent to my home. Shoe carnival provides a great experience.

As soon as you entered you are welcomed in by an employee. And they will stay with you and answer any questions you have. Our server was VERY knowledgeable about arch support shoes. No everyone knows about that. He knew all the different types of options. Will definitely go there again soon.

They always have larger sizes for tall women. Maybe not everything comes in 11 or 12, but I've gotten my needs met pretty much every time I've gone in.

Great helpful people, great coupons if you sign up for email service and gain points for purchases. Not a very wide selection but it’s great especially for kid shoes. Very organized and good clearance items

Shoe Carnival is always my go to place. The prices are reasonable and they have an excellent selection. Walked out today with 9 pairs of shoes.

Busy store. But it was back to school time. Lots of shoes to choose from. Friendly staff.

We came here to get my son some new shoes on Black Friday. They had some amazing deals going on that day. My mom and I were able to get one pair of shoes half off and the other free.

I have a hard time finding shoes that fit .the manager tim has been so patient and helpful with purchases and returns. Whole staff very nice.
