Kfc was great fast foods i love it especially the wraps chicken with bbq sauce OMG...green bean,sweet corn alwayz my favourite too.The drive thru or cashier front counter was friendly.

I was at the drive thru last Saturday and i couldn’t decide what I wanted so a friendly employee named chance helped me decided great service definitely coming back soon

I've not been to a KFC location in quite some time. Mainly due to my schedule and location. Wife and I decided today we'd try the one on Monroe Ga. Absolutely astounded at the service I received. The phrase "Service with a smile" has never been more well defined than what I experienced today. Three very friendly ladies, All with smiles on their faces greeted me when I arrived. Very helpful and social. Order placed and received very quickly and (most important) accurately. If the corporate folks actually do read these reviews, please thank these employees and then clone them for employ at every one of your stores. I haven't received a pleasant experience like this in (quite literally) years. We will definitely be back.

I went through drive through and customer service was awesome. I think his name was Daryl Jones. He was very helpful and attentive to make sure my food was on point. He recalled order back and suggested other items. Great salesperson.

Stopped by yesterday and ordered an 8 piece bucket of chicken. They said it would be a ten minute wait. We agreed and went to the window to pay. We were offered a free drink while we waited. The employees we interacted with all had smiles and a great attitude of customer service. The chicken was wonderful. Would definitely go here again soon and recommend it to others.

I must compliment the employees in the Monroe KFC! I have used the drive thru three times in the last month and the employees there were exceptionally friendly and informative! Kindness goes a long way and they certainly deserve recognition! Wish I could tell you their names!

Order a bucket and some chicken littles plain thru the drive thru. The littles came with mayo and pickles and as I walked in to correct it the lady in back was already remaking them and apologizing for the mistake. Humans make mistakes, and they made it right and I only lost about 60 secs of my life. No harm no foul. That's how it should be. Thanks!

The past several times I have been through the drive thru, the gentleman taking my order and money has been super nice and helpful. Great customer service skills. He is the reason I come back to this restaurant over other neighboring restaurants.

SOOOO much better than Loganville location (which sucks, gets orders wrong, curses at you and...wait for it...is often out of chicken!) Monroe, although older, was nice, pleasant people, and willing to SERVE. Well done! I'll drive here from Loganville from now on for KFC!

Oh my word! The crew at this KFC were so super nice and friendly. The lady running drive-thru was attentive to the front counter when the front counter gals were busy packing multiple meals. They all just worked very well together and had the most cheerful personalities! Reminded me of my own KFC team back in the late 80s - early 90s...always working hard and enjoying our jobs! I live an hour away from Monroe, but will be visiting the area a couple more times this week so we plan on stopping by to dine in again.

Ordered 2 16 piece family meals and sides. Everything was ready in 5 minutes with great customer service and a smile. Thank you KFC staff

I enjoy visiting KFC for a quick, good and cheap dinner. My families favorites are the $5 fill ups which consist of 5 different choices. Each $5 Fill-up combo comes with the main course, one side of mashed potatoes, one cookie and a drink. It's a very good deal for the money I believe. My family and I have grabbed dinner here many evenings when looking for a quick healthy dinner. I always use their drive-thru and in my experience has what's been fast and friendly. I would recommend this restaurant with 5 stars.

I thought the food was excellent. The place is a little run down but I haven't enjoyed a southern meal like that in a long, long time.
