Last Thursday, I stopped by your Glenwood Avenue location to purchase a new brake light. My experience was excellent. I walked in and immediately was assisted by Jonathan, the store manager. He quickly found the brake light, checked me out, and even installed the bulb for me. I was in and out of the store and had a new brake light installed in under ten minutes. I appreciate the great service!

This is one of our favorite stores. It's very clean and the staff has always been helpful with our specialty orders as well as any returns.

They have a very good selection of items, as well as things you might not expect.

There is wheelchair accessibility, but no door buttons for automatic open. A staffer is always closeby to help.

Needed an ATV battery tested. They were able to confirm that a new battery was needed.

Very cooperative and knowledge sales agent.

The guys here are awesome they helped me change my battery in less than 15 minutes where the other one on walnut ave told me they didn’t want to and if it takes more than 30 minutes they can’t and where my battery is it will take longer and they can’t do it. I’m so appreciative of the guys at the store neither one said they couldn’t do it or wouldn’t help they are awesome and I recommend them 100%

I had to replace my car battery almost unexpectedly. As soon as I walked in, I explained what I needed to the person at the counter. He immediately asked if I had already had the battery tested. I explained the sounds and experience from the previous night and that it had persisted into this morning. The employee immediately began working on finding me options for my vehicle, and presented not only options but suggestions as well. After settling on a battery, I paid, the employee grabbed the tools and new battery and helped me get set up and on my way as quickly as I had arrived

My husband and son were recently in this store to have a car battery checked. We wanted to let the store management know what a great sales associate they have in Mr. Torres. Unfortunately, our car battery required a lot of extra work to be removed and replaced.. Mr. Torres gladly did what needed to be done without any hesitancy. We so appreciated his help. We will definitely be recommending this AutoZone to others. Thank you again, Mr. Torres!

Today bought a battery for a 2014 Ford escape. Great service on the install. It's a little bit of work to change one on this car. The battery is up against the fire wall,he had to take the wipers off and weather guard for the engine and drain pan. Then change the battery. Great job!

Well, I gotta say thanks for great customer service! This evening was not the first time one of the staff of the Glenwood store went the extra mile and after ringing up my item, helped me install the bulb in one of my Suzuki Grand Vitara lights. This time it was a pesky tag light; last time it was a headlight and I believe a year or so ago it was the other headlight!
Always quick and knowledgeable service at this store!

I was met by a friendly and knowledgeable staff. The store was clean and so was the parking lot. Team member was able to quickly find the right part and get me back on the road again.

This AutoParts store is near my house and I always stop by when I need something because they are so helpful. Angel, the person that helped me today was extra nice. I had a blown break light and he helped me fix it
