This experience at this Taco Bell was great. They were very helpful and got the order out in a timely manner. I loved their sense of urgency and compassion to check over the order

I stopped by around midnight on a Friday night. The line was a little long and I knew they were busy. I patiently waited and as I ordered and received my food, the young man working the drive thru was so polite and well mannered, excellent customer service skills.

Omg when I say the best Taco Bell experience ever. Shawn was most courteous and extremely professional. The food was hot and the service was fast. It seemed as though the whole team was working as a unit. Kudos to management for running an efficient team

First time at this location and the tacos were very good. Pretty clean for a fast food place. Service was quick.

I used the mobile app for the first time. Placing my order was pretty simple. It was just a tad annoying having all of the specials keep popping up instead of being able to go directly to the menu. Otherwise going thru the mobile drive thru was seamless.
I will order from this location & try this method again.

I waited 20 minutes in drive thru. Once I got to the cashier, they were polite but didn’t apologize for the long wait.

Came here today and received outstanding customer service from Teppi. Just wanted to come on here and leave a positive review just for her customer service alone. I always love the food, but today she made the experience even better.

I can say, the only thing I am disappointed with in this whole establishment “Local Taco Bell’s 🔔 “. I don’t live any where close to this location (Conyers, Ga) but when I’m near this area running errands or attending appointments. I make sure I stop by here. The customer service is great, the line is usually long, but fast. Most of all the food is great. Exactly what I ordered, fresh, and they never leave anything out. I truly wish my three other closer to home locations (Stonecrest, Lithonia/ Fairington Rd, and Decatur/ Wesley Chapel Rd) restaurants. They are always out of food, not open, never any inside service available. The food is nasty old, not made as ordered, and always missing items from the order. They really need to take some lessons from the Conyers (Hyw 138) location. All needs to be alike “on-point”…..

This Taco Bell Drive-through is nice. I rarely eat here but, when I do, the service is always good. The food is good and they always get my orders right (even big orders). They have better employees now than they had a few years ago.

Never knew Taco Bell had breakfast. It was delicious and the Coffee was on mark. Excellent

Y'all, this was a different type of drive-thru experience. I felt like I was meant to come through that drive through that day, because the way me and the back drive thru cashier engaged was needed!! I got what I needed at this location, fast, exceptional customer service and hot and fresh food!!! Highly recommend this location if you are in the area and need a fast meal!!!

I had a big order an they got it all usually everybody always messes up somewhere but thankfully I got my full order. I'm very happy they got it right an I didn't have to drive back

Well I went thru the Drive thru around 9/9:30. Got the crispy taco box. They didn't have the chalupa for the box, so they subsided a burrito instead. Got home went to bite the food was ice cold. So I waited til the next morning called spoke to Manager chastity, she was really really sweet about it. She explained that it was a hecked day, and they were training some new people. She Apologize and offer me a re-make. So I went back through the drive thru and ask for Ms. Chasity. She took very good care of me. I was very please. So next time I go I will Definitely ask for her. She rocked my order. Thank you Ms

This visit was fine. We used the kiosk to order and the food was made fresh. Not much interaction with the staff.

My 2nd visit using the drive thru today on 4/1/2021 - Still very impressed with their customer service, attention to the CDC guidelines to prevent the spreading of Covid and the very infectios and happy greeting from the cashier Tiffany T. From taking the order to driving up to the cashier- not a long wait. Defintetly will keep me coming back and sharing with friends & family.

Love their nacho Grande's boxes just wish they would put more in it for the amount that they charge you. We got 2 nacho Grande boxes and both where are half full I don't get what you pay for you're not getting but in other places they do feel your box is full this place just did not fill your box is completely full. I visit there 5 days ago while we was on our way to moving into the house stop by there to get supper and we had the combined our boxes to have enough for just two people. I think the manager should take care of this seeing that it was a manager's place to make sure that all boxes was filled before they leave the store and all orders are filled before they leave the store.

Food was hot and fresh today

For years I have been avoiding most things on their menu because they had meat. The cashier on this visit let me know that I could make anything vegetarian on their menu, so that's what I did. I had a smoothered burrito with black beans instead of beef. It was spicy, saucy, cheesy and delicious. I will definitely order it again.
