The employees are always so polite and willing to help you find whatever your looking for if they have it. If you go in there and they don't have what your looking for but your in there enough and request it enough, they will order it for you, but you have to be in there often enough.

Great selection and great customer service. Locally owned and operated, always have what I need.

I like mead, and Ambassador Wine and Spirits carries one of the best, and that's Chaucer's Mead. The store is convenient, clean, and has a very pleasant ambience and air about it. The people who work there are professional, cheerful, and knowledgeable about their products. This is my first stop for my spirits! 🙂

Love walking in and getting greeted by the friendly and helpful staff every time. I usually know what I need, but if I have any questions they are super knowledgeable and will even special order items for you that they don’t normally have in stock. Never too busy, so you’re in and out quickly and in your way again!

A well trained and knowledgeable staff is always here to help. Large variety of spirits and wines. Hard to find items can be found here from time to time. Prices are reasonable. Clean and well lit. Bottles are stored to be easy found. Always something new to try. Weekly tastings are a treat.

I love this place. Steve and Meghan always take care of me when I go there. I moved here from Austin and Ambassador Liquors didnt have it. They actually ordered the vodka I love.

Great shop with a solid selection and great staff. Seriously, I asked the lady behind the desk where to find a particular scotch and she came out from behind the counter to help me find it. Then we chatted about various beers for a bit. Will be back!

I was told to leave a similar business on Johnston here in Lafayette since I wasn't wearing a mask. Even after I explained that I can't wear a mask due to health reasons, I had to leave.

Great selection in wines and liquor. The employees are knowledgeable in the taste of many of the wines. Ive visited this location a few times on different days and at various times...never a crowd. They also have a points program!
