It’s the only place to go for any decent Furniture, Flooring, Rugs, and quality kitchen cabinets or appliances. Every room in my home is a great testament to the time and effort of the staff at Carpets of Dalton. Very friendly, helpful and professional. Attention to detail is never overlooked and the designers will take the time that you need to know that much care has gone into the process. And everything I have ordered is top, top quality and is lasting through normal wear even better than I expected. They also have such a wide selection of special vendors that you can always find the right piece for the right place. And despite the price tags, which I have seen others reference, make sure to talk to a sales person. It’s much more affordable than you may think, and I have found that the VALUE is spot on for what I have paid. As long as I’ve been buying furniture or flooring or anything else, including accessories, paintings, mattresses, and even bed linens, Carpets of Dalton has remained CONSISTENT and I will never go anywhere else. Remember, you really get what you pay for. And this place is the only place that sells quality that is time tested to last. Also, don’t forget to visit the “Dream Home,” a Southern Living FULL SIZE (Real) house built inside their facility. It’s really a sight to see! Very inspiring and is redesigned periodically.

I have never written a review but Carpets of Dalton was a revelation! I was having so much trouble finding a reputable dealer, tried Costco and a few design firms but as months dragged on I still had no carpet. Finally, I remembered driving and seeing C of D on the road on the way north on 75. There was every quality of carpet and pad, plus gorgeous furniture (who knew) and a huge literal "showhouse" to get ideas from.
Jerry was very very helpful and patient with my mother and even helped us find and helped us with a quality installer after I ran into trouble trying to find one near me.

Wonderful collection of flooring options. Worked with Ryan who was very patient and spent valuable time suggesting products and walking through the entire showroom. The showroom has many options laid out so that you can see how the look and feel of the flooring will be which you definitely can’t get an idea from a 4sq inch sample piece.

Erin (in tile) and Randy were incredibly helpful, making things happen even with a substantial delay. Always patient. Got it done. Thankful for Erin’s creative flare, putting together a unique tile experience.

I was looking for a recliner for my daughter, but they had very few to choose from. I think that is the case most everywhere these days. The gentleman that showed me the choice of recliners was very nice, very friendly and helpful. I would shop there again I and would recommend Carpets of Dalton to anyone looking for furniture.

Seriously, they have a great selection of flooring options and furniture that is displayed professionally. The pricing appeared to be excellent, but we were window shopping and did not speak to a rep about turnkey pricing. I'm going to try them when I'm ready to buy.

I have purchased flooring from Carpets of Dalton multiple times, and have always been very satisfied. I highly recommend that you ask for Jerry Broyles when you call or visit the store. My purchase was somewhat complicated. He was knowledgeable and always responded very quickly to any questions I had. I recommend him highly.

Carpets of Dalton is the place to shop. I had a pillow and fabric swatch to help in finding the perfect area rug for my living room. With the expertise of Sandra Joyce, she found a rug that worked nicely with my pillow. Then, she introduced me to Sandra Mitchell in the furniture section. She found me additional pillows for my couch. I left as a happy and satisfied customer. My living room is coordinated with their assistance. The staff was friendly, helpful, and pleasant to work with...prices were excellent.

Carpets of Dalton has been our "Go To" supplier for years. In our most recent experience we were re-carpeting 170 yards of bedrooms plus another 30 yards of waterfall staircase. Our quest for light and bright was difficult to achieve with the gray color palettes dominating today's carpet supply. Jerry worked wonderfully with us to resolve sometimes conflicting objectives and opinions. The result was great solutions, beautifully installed and at a terrific price.

I ordered my carpet from Carpets of Dalton to be shipped to Ohio. Jerry Broyles was my salesperson. He always called me back promptly (unlike another company I was dealing with) and exceeded all of my expectations. Love my new carpet and all of the $$$$ I saved too.
