Big Lots

Visited this location in search of some living room furniture. They were a little busy but at least I was acknowledge a few different times and I remained patient. I was assisted by Anthony and Needa (spellcheck) and they were awesome. They went beyond trying to assist with the initial set I wanted but I decided not to proceed. Came back a few days later and was helped by Anthony again. Decided to go with a different set and helped me get an additional 15% off. They were so patient and kind throughout the whole process!! Excellent customer service!!!

We had an awesome experience yesterday at the Conyers GA store, furniture dept. Meda and Anthony were so patient with us for hours( esp with an infant and 6 yr old) ...even when assisting other customers during peak hours. We were able to get what we were shopping for plus more!

I always find great stuff in Big Lots, but today was the best. I feel like I found the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. Thanks!

We recieved awesome service from Meta!! We called to see if an item was available and she was more then happy to help the day before. We came the next day to pick the item up and had to get other items and she was willing to assist us and making sure we saw all our options that just came in on the truck. I was very pleased. I was unpleased with her coworkers who were not very pleasant when it came to us walking in the store and after purchasing our items. They had major attitudes.

Alright guys! I went here to pick up training pads for our pup. They were out of the Hartz brand and so, I bought these instead. Not a bad deal for 100 pads, versus 65 for $12.

Of course, I picked up a bunch of other things (it's Big Lots). They had so many deals on some really great products (shampoo, laundry soap, skin care, etc). Skipping to my checkout, Ms. Kim was a sweetheart, even though her computer scanner was giving her some trouble. I'm mostly writing this review because of her. She's got a great sense of humor and I'm pretty sure I'll be seeing her again soon. She got me signed up for the rewards program.

Thanks Ms. Kim for being so warm and helpful. People like you are hard to find, especially at retail stores.

The Dollar Tree next door needs to take note and learn from this store!! Employees dressed nicely and very friendly. Store always in good order and managment is always available and helpful. A pleasure to shop there as the atmosphere just keeps you in every aisle looking for a reason to spend more money!!

Customer Service is always great.

All staff was friendly. Soooooo many things to buy. I really liked the home decor. I got my wife a beautiful comforter and got $10 off with a coupon.

I haven't been to a Big Lots in a while and was pleasantly surprised. Very good prices overall and some healthy alternative dry food items, including black Himalayan salt. I'll be back.

I choose here over WALMART anyday. Easy in and out, nice items in all sections and guess what prices are just the same Walmart.

The woman at the register when I came with my mom was so sweet.. you don't find that kind of customer service anymore.... we will be back

I LOVE shopping at big lots i prefer the in-store experience better than online. The staff is super friendly and i love the furniture selection. This was my 4th major purchase from this store. And i just got approved for their in-store card so........ Need i finish this statement...

This location is located in Hunting Creek plaza. I stop here at least once a month. The store is clean and well lite. The shelves are fully stocked and they also carries refrigerate d goods such as milk, cheese, butter and etcetera. The store has everything separated aisle to aisle with bedding, kitchen, food (pantry), among other items. This biglots great for picking up both grocery items and household items.

Big Lots has and remains to be a great place to shop. Typically they have those products you need and at a reasonable price. Big Lots is neither low end nor high end. Day in Day out you can fulfill your shopping requirements at a fair price both to the consumer and the supplier. I have shopped Big Lots at multiple locations in Georgia and other states as well, and my assessment is true for all locations.

Bought large ceramic flower pots that were on sale. Staff was very helpful.

I love Big Lots. There is always a variety of items sold at awesome prices. The store is neat and orderly and employees are available to assist as needed. Get on in because there is great savings going on.

Have enjoyed shopping at Big Lots. They have all kinds of merchandise there, even food items, some furniture, clothing. Just have to go there to see what I'm talking about. I plan to keep on going!!
