This was my first appointment with Dr. Griffin and it was by far the best experience I've had with a primary care physician ever! When I first went into the office I was a little uneasy because the office is a little outdated. However, first impressions means a lot to me and the receptionist was so nice and upbeat! Then I went back with the nurse who was also nice! Also I forgot to mention that I had NO wait time!!! My appointment was at 9:30 and I went back at 9:32AM!! Once I finished with my blood work I was sitting in a room and Dr. Griffin walked by and instead of him ignoring me like he did not see me; he stated he would be with me in one second! Then when he came into the room, I felt so comfortable taking with him and he really took the time to get to know me. I will be back definitely!! He will be my new PCP!

I have been a patient of Dr. Alvin Griffin, MD since 2002. He is an excellent physician. He truly shows that he cares about his patients. He is very professional. He is compassionate and caring. He is very friendly and personable. He is very respectful. I can discuss my medical concerns with him as well as personal matters. He is very attentive. He does not rush. He spends the time needed for my care. He explains diagonsis that is easy to understand. He takes his time to make sure my medical needs are met. He answers my questions and provides me with appropriate referrals when needed.
His office staff is friendly and professional.
I have referred my family members and friends to Dr. Griffin. He is an outstanding physician. I would highly recommend him to any looking for a primary care physician.

Dr.Griffin has always made me feel welcome and not hurried me in and out like cattle . He and his staff are very nice and friendly .

I would have left no stars if I could. I agree 100% with Ms. Dormil.
The so called office manager informed me that they call everyone back, which was a bold faced lie, if they submit a refill by phone. Well, surprise, surprise, I did not get a call back, I called on March 31. I had to go to the office on April 5. Dr. Griffin assured me that it would be submitted that evening. I had to leave five messages on Friday 8 to speak to Dr. Griffin because the prescription still hadn’t been called in, three days after Dr. Griffin said it would be called in.
I went to the office again on Monday April 18. I asked why a prescription I had submitted on April 13 had yet to be called in. I spoke to the person at reception and she was clueless. Dr. Griffin was not there and the stand in provider told me that the person who the prescription was for has to come in every month to get it refilled. That would have been fine except the refill was for 90 days. She also stated that they had not been seen since November of 2021. That was a lie since they had been seen in January. The officer manager then called the police and stated that I had been informed by Dr. Griffin that I was not allowed to be on the property. Another whopper of a lie. Dr. Griffin had never informed me verbally or in writing of any such thing. The office manager was still miffed that I called her on her lies the first time I met her. I have no idea what lies she told the police, but I left, again without getting the prescription refilled.
The incompetence at that office since Connie, Beth and her colleagues left is quite glaring.
We have been going to see Dr. Griffin about six years and have never had an issue until this new crew stated working there.

It's a 1 star because 0 is not an option! I do not understand how they have a 5 star review which is sadly the reason I picked them in the first place. This office is either gravely technically challenge or just does not care about the lives of their patients. It takes them weeks to send your prescription to the pharmacy and when you call them they lie saying that they sent it. They have you on hold for an eternity, tell you they can't call in your Rx because they have a clinic to run. Just horrible customer service!.

Just don't go there if you care for your life and your health!.
