I really enjoy shopping at macy's because they always have sales during the week and weekends

Brought many tommy hilfigers shirts (polo)

Stopped in to ask about the new Sauvage Men's Partum, Elixir. It has a lighter scent and smells a little different from the original. The salesgirl was very knowledgeable about the products in her sales area. I shop there when I'm looking for different and new scents.

There is a wonderful woman in shoes that always is so helpful and nice. She comes up and asks you if you need help almost the minute you get into her department. Now I am not a just go look shopper. I am there for something specific. She goes and looks and points out styles I'm interested in and brings things to try on quickly. When checking out she always points out deals and gets the best price. A Macy's card was the first card I ever got as an adult. I'm proud to be a Macy's woman. Thanks

I am always comfortable at Macy's. I always find what I need and buy extra. But this shopping trip, I could not find my husbands size in a suit. Yes he is a big man. If you could put on racks for us larger sizes, that would help. We had to end up at Men's Warehouse. We did purchase a very very nice suit. But you didn't have what we needed. Sorry about that.

Sales lady very helpful and went above and beyond in helping me find the right shoes. Also has alot of patience which is very helpful when assisting a shopper. Very satisfied.

I was returning an online purchase. It was easy and simple I was glad the process was streamlined and quick. I like purchasing blouses online which I find very easy to get the right size in almost every blouse except the one I had to return. A size 0 x is hard to find.

I went to buy luggage for a trip. Even though the 50% off sale ended Saturday, the sign was still up next to the luggage. They gave me the sale price anyway. This disabled person will now start shopping at Macy's on a regular basis.

This was my first time at this store and mall. I found a lot of good sales. Macy's is my favorite store and I actually like this one better than the one I shop at in Houston because it seemed like they had more variety to choose from.

We all bought something while shopping! The entire van of staff members jumped out to catch a good sale. Well defined clearly labeled sales items. Macy's will always be at the top of our list.

Ms. Kourie went above and beyond to make sure my Father's Day plans weren't ruined due to a careless mistake on my part. I accidentally hit for my gifts to be picked up at the Baton Rouge location and between her and the lady at the Baton Rouge store they made it happen and everything came together PERFECT!!!!!!! THANKS AGAIN FOR THE HELP 😀😀😀😀

Been a while since I been to Macy's. They had a good sale going on today and you could find some nice clothes on the clearance rack. Will be visiting again in the future.

I love the junior section clothes in my local Macys! Even the jewlery in Macys is incredible and very well made. I love the perfume and makeup sections too! I've gotten many fragrances from here and I love them all. Sadly they no longer sell older perfumes like Wonderstruck by Taylor Swift.🤔😔

The staff is always nice. And they really do have great sales. They aren't as expensive as people make them out to be.
