If you need balloons, then get yourself over to Party City! They have their balloon operation on point!! I have been to several of their locations to buy balloons for open houses I hold as a Realtor, and each has been equally impressive. The selection of balloons is massive, and the associates are always helpful, courteous, knowledgeable, and always pleasant to deal with. Come see for yourself next time you need balloons or any type of party supplies.

The employee Marcus was a awesome help as well as lots of patience with me although they were out of a lot of stuff that i needed for my wedding and they don't deliver to Decatur Ga.

Had a great experience at this location. The store workers were very helpful. They blew up all my balloons. They even helped my find the retirement section for a party I was throwing. Overall great customer service.

I get that y'all are short staffed and I understand the long wait but the music BLARING from the overhead speakers was very nerve wracking in the crowded store. The music was good just too loud thru the tinny sounding speakers. Consider turning it down a couple notches.

This place was extremely helpful today. The customer service rep, Honey really made my day and shopping experience a good one. She was helpful, patient and personable. Thanks Party City! You never know how you can make someone else's day just by doing your job and being kind.

Nice size and the staff was very friendly. It's a kid friendly place. Loved my experience though they didn't have the dress up stuff I needed. I can always order it online and pick up there.

We had an amazing time looking for and trying on Halloween costumes! To my excitement she picked one out of a wide variety of clearance costumes. $5.00!!! It was a great experience . I would recommend making a visit!

Party City always has a great knowledgeable staff and abundant variety of costumes for Halloween! It also meets your party theme needs for any occasion. It's the Wal-Mart of party stores! I've been shopping there for over 15 years through 4 kids. And I've never left anything less than over satisfied.

It was good I was able to find why I needed even tho a manager or whoever shouldn't been fussing with a employee in front of customers.... but it was a clean store over the past 4days I have spent 145.00 so I'm very impressed

Tried site to store and everything was ready once I got there. When I got to the store I just wanted to see if I could find what I ordered. I must say online ordering was much easier. Will definitely do again!

The store is great to go for party supplies and costumes. I went this week to get ballons for an event. As always the staff was nice and they filled my order on the spot. I will continue to patronize this store.
