A year ago today , we were faced with a scary situation,I can remember the night before , I just held Joe so tight telling him that we all love him ,I Prayed so hard that night asking god to cover him in Armor ,help guide the surgeon and team , I remember everything about that day ,the waiting , after , we are so very blessed and grateful that we found a Doctor who was confident , and experienced enough to take on such a huge responsibility and task ,then did it with grace , He was informative threw out the surgery, and after , checking on him and me , as he knew how terrified we were going into ,then after the surgery worried about the unknowns the amount of pain he was in , I’ve never been around a Doctor who cared for a patient like a friend , like a family member, he changed our lives for the better , Joe had his Brain surgery a year ago today, the amount of prayers we received for him , Doctors and staff was overwhelmingly supportive and amazing, I wanted to take time out say thank you to the Lord that he’s still with us , and thank you to everyone who helped us get threw that tryin time in our life . We are going strong . 🥰😇❤‍🩹🙏🙏🙏

Dr Sogomonian is so amazing at his job and just a wonderful person! We thank the entire hospital, ICU, for taking care of our father

I visited this ER on Tuesday, August 8, 2023. The wait time was not long at all. I would like to publicly acknowledge Dr. Lambert, Caleb (Tech) and Jessica (Nurse) in the ER. I have visited numerous WK facilities (hospitals and quick care) and by far this was my most pleasant experience. The place was very busy but Dr. Lambert was fast but efficient. She has thee absolute best bedside manners and is attentive and patient. I came in with son and she was a rock star during evaluation. Jessica was also extremely nice and answered any questions that I had. At the conclusion of my visit Caleb was busy but stopped to acknowledge my son who took upon an interest of him to see what he was doing. Caleb did not fret and gave him something to drink when he told him he was thirsty. I really appreciate the friendly demeanor in this ER and wanted to acknowledge the excellent staff.

The staff here is very friendly and compassionate. They took exceptional care of me when I had surgery. Special thanks to the ICU nurses!

I was there in Feb., 2022 admitted with suspected Myasthenia Gravis. I got a clinical diagnosis of M.G. and they put me on the road to recovery. It was like staying in a resort hotel. It is top notch care. Complaints? NONE!!! This place is wonderful.

Recently had to take my daughter to the ER. Under her circumstances they took her back immediately. The nurse staff and Dr Denim was SUPERB!! By far the BEST bed side manner out of most local hospitals, and we've been to them all. As Parents we are extremely happy with the care they provided for our daughter.

I had my mammogram today, after rescheduling from the 3 weeks ago due to the long wait time. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly the appointment went. I rescheduled the appointment for 3:30 PM. As instructed by the text I received, I arrived at 3 PM. I was the only one there! They took me back immediately and the tech was lovely. She was kind and patient, and quick. I was out by 3:30. I peeked into the waiting room as I was leaving, and it was empty. I believe the afternoon appointments may be a very good option!

I work at WK Quick Care and I know good service is what makes patient loyalty extend. I went to admissions and I want to give a shout out to Mr. James who worked desk 5 on 4/21/22. He personally came out to welcome the patients that he checked in. I know because his desk is so far from the lobby; however, he was very kind, very welcoming and made my checkin so pleasant. He could have just yelled the patients name but he didn’t. Upon checking me in, he was efficient and was just so kind having a positive attitude. We need more people like him!! You never know what a patient is going through and just a little kindness goes a long way. Upon leaving Mr. James, he ended my time with him by telling me that he hoped my appointment with Dr. V goes good. It didn’t stop at admissions. I had to get lab drawn and Ms. Kendra, as well, was sweet and kind. Thank both of you for making my morning a fantastic start!! Thank you Mr. James and Kendra! Hope your at WK for years to come!

Many times I have to go to a WK lab for blood to be drawn for different doctors who treat me and are affiliated with the Willis Knighton system. I have found that the lab at Willis Knighton Pierremont is great! It is easy to register and most of the times I have been there the wait to register and be seen by a LabTech isn't very long. The Techs are most capable at quickly getting my blood drawn and that in itself earns them praise! I am a problem when it comes to having a good vein for a successful draw, but they never seem to have a problem. I love it!! Thanks Willis Knighton for having such well trained, kind and excellent labs.

Absolutely Amazing Hospital Wonderful Staff They Are All About there patient FIRST make sure they are comfortable

I had a hip replacement done, and I was treated great and well taken care of from start to finish. Dr Cambrize Shahrdar did the surgery. Everyone told me he is the best, and I can't disagree. Just a few days later and I'm already doing much better than before the procedure.
From the time we checked in on Monday morning until I was released early Tuesday afternoon, everyone I dealt with in any capacity was very efficient, helpful, and friendly. I cannot think of any negative marks to include.

Dr. Harris office. One of my favorite Dr's. If you have migrations and need a Dr she is the one you need to come and see.

There's some great ladies on the 6th floor. It's actually the baby floor and I wasn't there having a baby but those nurses are so nice. Especially Mrs Ebony. When I was there and video chatting with my 5 year old son who's very outgoing when she was in my room taking care of me and he wanted to say hey she didn't mind talking to him. She was very sweet. All the ladies who took care of me the few days I was there were very nice people. I didn't get the name of the last lady who took care of me but she was also very sweet! Great people.

Just recently had a surgery here and was the absolute best team of nurses ever!! They did everything they could to make sure I was comfortable. One of the OR nurses brought me more blankets as we went into the OR because she seen me shivering. The nurses in recovery were so nice and helpful!

This is by far the best hospital in the state of Louisiana eith the exception of Oschner-Transplant Unit in New Orleans, Louisiana. I only rank Pierremont below the Transplant Unit because unless Pierremont started doing transplants since my last visit in 2018 those are absolutely vital and wr 100% those Transplant Units I myself am currently on the Looa transplant list for not 1 but 2 vital organs. However of Pierremont has necpme or does become a Transplant Unit they shall reclaim their title of The "Best" Hospital in the State of Louisiana!!!@

This hospital was absolutely wonderful to our family. Thank you Dr. Shakya, for being very professional, kind and giving us your best advice. Thank you Nurse Ronnie, Nurse Hannah and Nurse Shauna from the 7th floor, for having wonderful bedside manners. Thank you social worker, Mrs. Virginia for helping us get the financial assistance we needed, you were a timely blessing. Although, my mother passed, two months after, her prognosis, thank you all for making her stay wonderful.We appreciate your service. Sending blessing from Kentucky.

Very modern and well run facility. Every one who has cared for us have been exemplary. It's clean and seems to be up to date with technology. The nice lady on the 2nd floor surgical desk is the star of the show. Parking design is also nice.

This past weekend we were in Shreveport shopping and eating dinner. We had an accident during dinner. My 8 year old autistic son fell out of his chair and hit his head on a ledge at the bottom of the wall. Blood went everywhere and we were all a little freaked out. We took him to the ER to get looked at and for our first traumatic(to us) experience, being at this ER, made it a wonderful one. Spencer, one of the nurses, came out and spent almost 20 min talking to Ryder and making the transition from car to room easy. The entire staff went over and above for us. The Dr. on that night was wonderful and made me very comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. I cant thank them enough for their patience and genuine care for my child. I would recommend this ER to any and everyone. Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart for treating us and caring for Ryder the way yall did. He is in the process of writing you guys a thank you letter so be on the lookout!

Since last Monday(november 1st , 2021) to now, in the room #605 one nurse better thank another I couldn't mention all of then, buy they are not just nurses, THEY CARE! It's great knowing that when I leave my mother in love? She is in great hand (of course the doctors too, Dr Davis, Dr Padilla, Etc...)
Thank God exist a place like this when you have to go tru this kind of momments 🙏, God Bless the hands and heart of each one!

Took my adult daughter late last night to WKP ER. I've never dealt with such an incredible ER staff before. They were slammed busy but no chaos, everything under control and everyone friendly. They LISTENED to us, took us seriously, and didn't just play off her symptoms as a virus. In fact, the dr told us to seek further help. I've dealt with good staffs at the other WK's before, but this one outdid themselves.
