Every month first Saturday you get dead cheap discounts on many tools .Tools are reasonable than other stores .

Not the greatest tool quality, but I go often when I need something quick. Most of the time they have what I need.

If a man has one of every item should here, he would want for nothing at all! Need I say more? The lower than low prices are always great. However its the great staff and friendly service that keeps me coming back

I've bought and used tools from every store and also high end name brands. I work in high volume machining. Icon is by far the best tool I've wrapped my hands around. Harbor freight has really stepped up their game. They also have awesome deals on very good quality industry merchandise.

Love to visit this store because it means I am spending time with my favorite uncle since he always takes me there when he travels to visit me from out of town. We always get our supplies for our projects here bc the prices are fantastic and the customer service is top notch!

Great prices on different grades of tools. Depending on the job you're doing always check to see which brands of tool they have for your needs. If you're only going to need it once or twice you may opt for a lower brand. Need it for the long haul or industrial work? They'll have a more rugged model at just a few dollars more. Ms. Brittany and crew are friendly and helpful. All in all great store great prices!

Went to store today to pickup a few things. While trying to leave I had an issue with my vehicle that prevented me from driving. Had to wait sometime for roadside mechanic. While waiting Harbor staff made sure I was okay and even tried to figure out what the problem was which was coolant leak. This location is almost an hour from my home but worth the drive. GOOD STORE, GOOD PEOPLE!

A good location with a few very kind and helpful employees. They may all be great, but I have only interacted with a few. I stop by here about once a month, since the Lake Charles location was destroyed by Hurricane Laura. A grown man's candy store!
During my most recent visit I asked an employee where an item was and he not only told me but stopped what he was doing and walked me to the aisle and exactly where it was located.
I found several selections and discovered that the item was on sale at a price much lower than I expected (normally $9.99-on sale for $2.99).
The cashier that rung me up was extremely happy and very professional. Just a few reasons why I enjoy shopping here so much.

They have everything you need at the last minute at the best prices. Granted you have to really baby some of their lower quality products, but I rarely run into defective merchandise. Love em. Love their staff too, always as helpful as they can be!

The Harbor Freights in both Lafayette and Opelousas are excellent. Staffs in both are helpful, knowledgeable, pleasant and competent.

An item was out of stock in one store and the manager checked the other store for me.

If you wish to purchase items in a hurry and leave quickly that is easily done. If you wish to browse the well lit, organized and clean aisles that is also available.

Looking for inverter and after talking to manager. He explained how inverter works so I changed my mind and bought a small generator for less money and trouble I will go back

I went in for specific items they had all but one. Great store for tools and other items you need for different projects. Some of their products sell out from time to time. That's what happened on this trip. Should have checked on line or called the store. Helpful and courteous staff.
