I always received the customer service at this location very helpful and finding Parts if they don't have any stock

I decided to work on my car myself, and the ladies here were very helpful and knowledgeable, and what I was looking for. They also were very eager to help me for whatever I may have needed. I’ll definitely be returning as it is close to my home, and the staff was friendly..

This store is the best one I've shopped with. Anytime I need a part and it has to be ordered Omar always is helpful and makes sure my parts are ontime. The whole crew is superb and helpful. Omar has it running like a well maintained engine. 5 star review.

Well the lady that helped me did a great job.. they didn't have the part but she got on the phone and found it at another location and gave me a discount ..

I had an amazing experience in oreilly auto parts on 1711 highway 138 with Omar ,he was so helpful, into his work . He went over and beyond to make sure I was good. I will refer for to come to that store.

This location is very helpful and friendly. I stopped going to Autozone because if I needed to use or borrow a tool to change out my signal light, they refused and wanted to sell me an expensive set of tools I don't need. At O'Reilly, if they have time, they will change it out for you! I tip them well and if its Christmas time, Ive been know to buy them lunch because the customer service is great!

Very professional customer service, AutoZone order wrong part twice for me, came to Orielly and Manager Omar overheard me talking to his agent Aneice and he step in and made sure that the pert being order was correct, sure enough when I got it, it was, thanks again for the help.

I love O'Reillys best out of all the past stores. Lowest cost, parts are always in stock unless it's something not used much, but then they can get it by 11am the next day. Always helpful and courteous employees

Nice folks but you guys really need to get some band-aids for little accidents your clients might have while replacing their wiper blades that you do not replace for us. You used to if I recall. Maybe I'm mistaken. Anyway I do like ORielly

My husband called to see if the car piece we were looking for was there before to drive to that store. My surprise was they was waiting for me and as soon I opened the door a nice man told the brand of the car for the piece i was looking for. May be isn't a big thing but is hard to find interes in others but more when we're woman.

The guys here are always helpful and the prices on things we looked for are better than the competitors or where matched. And they usually have that one part in stock that the other stores have to order. Well for things we have asked for at least.

Cody who generally works in the 138 store was so awesome. My car decided to die of heat exhaustion..lol I had two young girls with me we were hot, frustrated and hangry. I pulled in to get coolant (which Cody put in), then my car wouldnt start. He carried small jug after jug to cool my radiator down, and get me 2 miles to my house. He gave me tips on things that ultimately helped more than he will ever know. The other fella behind the counter was so helpful in parts pricing and I will continue to go to O'Reilly for all my auto needs. Thanks guys for simply being amazing😁

I will never go back to Auto zone. The customer service is the worst! Management is horrible! At OReilly's the guys are friendlier. Auto zone has hired a lot of women and they have no interest in helping you.
