My online order from Home Depot had some issues, I was missing 3 m12 battery kits. (Valerie, Valarie, (name may be spelled wrong) at the customer service desk, did an amazing job with contacting the main Home Depot customer service to help me with my issue. Very Attentive, Positive, and Quick to help!

I just want to shout out to two exceptional employees at the Home Depot. Thank you Jacob and Marco. Home Depot is so lucky to have you on their team. Me and my husband were greeted with smiling faces, & kindest attitudes. Jacob and Marco went above and beyond to help us find exactly what we needed for our plumbing issue. Thank you guys so much! My husband and I finally have some extra funds to do some home improvements, after living in our current home for 6 years. Blinds are such an inconsequential thing to some but I couldn't stand our broken vinyl blinds anymore. Our local Cleveland, TN location did not have the quantity and size we needed so I drove to Dalton. Blake (manager) and his team were helpful and accommodating through the entire journey!!! I appreciate anyone whos willing to go above and beyond especially during a time where retail workers have been through so much post pandemic. Thank you!!! We will definitely consider shopping at Home Depot for our future home improvement needs.

Has a wonderful variety of everything. From the things to make birdhouses, benches or toolboxes...to planting flowers & veggies. To mud for sheetrock. Even lighting and other fixtures. Plus soooo much more

Had an amazing experience at this location with the help of a handful of staff members, particularly Curt and Nico. They helped organize and retrieve multiple items from the top shelf on different aisles in a safe and timely manner. They were patient, helpful, and maintained a positive attitude throughout the process. I appreciate the kindness and help and will be coming back again!

We got our very first live Christmas tree🎄 for our first Christmas together. The cashier was incredibly helpful and insightful. Our tree is perfect

My sister and I came to Home Depot today & we were greeted by Nico at the cash register, his customer service skills exceeded our expectations!! He was so sweet. We are so glad we got to meet him.

Just like any other Home Depot. Will always choose Home Depot first. Staff was great and very helpful in assisting me in finding so I needed to. Store was clean and neat. Organized and aisles were very organized and clean. If in the area will stop by again.

Shop here a lot. Good products for home and garden supplies. Had item price rang up wrong they adjusted it at register with no problem.

Had some communication issues in the beginning, Home Depot was supposed to deliver a lawnmower to my residence, instead delivered it to the Dalton store. One of the Dalton store managers made it right when I came out and picked up the lawnmower. Great service, above and beyond. Thank you.

Love home depot. Cheaper than most hardware stores. Just got me a mower. Will let you know how that works out.

It feels like Home Depot has increased the number of employees out on the floor. There was someone in view for nearly my entire visit, which involved meandering through nearly the entire store. Every one I spoke to had enough familiarity with the store layout to give guidance quickly. Great experience.

Staff are easy to find and are helpful. There's some room for improvement in layout and merchandising. For the large products that require assembly, I'd like to see either the boxes stored nearby or package measurements to determine if I can transport myself or if I need to arrange delivery. A minor inconvenience and not even worth a star on my review but certainly worth mentioning as an improvement requiring very little effort. Staff seem to be handling the pandemic well despite unruly customers.

Well organized. Very helpful staff. Jill in customer service was the most helpful lady we've ever had in a home Depot store. Thanks, Jill you made our 140 mile trip worth it!!

Bought a ton of stuff there and never had an issue. Well ran store with clean bathrooms.
