WOW Express Oil Change and Auto Repair

I have been going here for over 10 years for oil changes and now all my other car needs since they expanded their services a few years ago. I can not say enough great things. The technicians are super helpful and honest. Quick and easy process. I don’t feel like I’ve been ripped off when I leave here. I highly recommend!

Wow is right! Professional, clean, fast and friendly! And they currently offer free car wash with your oil change! We have a new favorite oil change place! Chris is outstanding, all the people here are. You can't be at a free car wash too.

I don't go anywhere else to have my oil changed. These guys are always super quick and will have you in and out in less than 15 minutes! They have the best of the best customer service! Johnathan is always wonderful. Plus, you get a free car wash!

Customer service was great, no appointment need, service was fast, price is reasonable and you get a free car wash. I will be bringing my other car too. I am a new forever customer.

This is the only place I will let change my oil. Nick and Johnathan take excellent care of my car every time. Very helpful, honest and friendly. The price also can’t be beat and I am always in and out in 15 minutes or less with a free car wash at the end. Nick, Johnathan and the rest of the crew are always very helpful and let me know if there’s anything else that needs to be taken care of with my car. I would give a thousand stars if I could.

I stopped in today for my first oil change with this business, and had fantastic service. Nick and Dalton were very knowledgeable and professional, explaining what my car needed and what they were going to do. There was no aggressive push to sell additional services. I would highly recommend WOW to anyone.

I have gotten my oil changed here about eight times now. I think it just gets better and better every time I go. Today I got my oil changed and the staff was super efficient and advised me on a part that needed to be replaced soon. They were incredibly helpful

Quick and easy oil change. All the staff was very friendly and professional. I appreciate that they pointed to some items that needed to be replaced but they were not super pushy about it. Will definitely be back again.

Had to get a new tire for my work truck. Bobby and Johnathan were able to get me taken care of in no time! The guys are always professional and go out of their way to help.

Literally my thought of this place is Wow. These guys here were great. Fast service, they were all super nice and in a great freaking mood. Seems like they really enjoy what they do and working with each other. One of them also saw a mail in my tire and patched it for me on the spot. Heck of a place and freaking great service. I went to another place for years but this place has earned all my future business.

In for an oil change. Did not check air pressure in tires. Do not inspect windshield wipers. So my concern is—did they do all the other services they say they do with the oil change.********* I would like to update my review. The owner contacted me with an apology. I gave the service another chance. Very friendly, courteous and attentive. Did a great job and performed all the services they say they do. Even the car wash(which is free with an oil change) guys did a great job. AND they performed these excellent services not knowing I was the one that wrote the previous review.Today I give you a Five Star!! My thanks to all.

I have a 15 year old good running car but because of it's age and mileage it's probably only worth a few thousand dollars My AC compressor went out and every mechanic around the Monroe area gave a quote of $1,100 - $1,200 to repair I'm not gonna pay half of more than the car is worth to just ride around with air. I called WOW Express and they were able to start working on it that day when everyone eles were 1 to 2 weeks out, they worked with me on price and had my car blowing ice cold air the next day and even came in under budget. I had a great experience with their service and highly recommend them to everyone

Super service getting my oil changed and even got my tires rotated quickly though I hadn’t made an appointment for that. Speaking of which, for that latter, I have emailed them from their website about setting up a maintenance appt and they never got back to me. So not sure how that is supposed to work. But they are a lot cheaper and faster than going to a dealership so I will probably use them from now on.
