Conyers Nissan

I've always dealt with Aaron who has always shown outstanding customer service. With that being said and after realizing that he would not be returning to Conyers Nissan, I didn't think that I would either. However, since then Anthony in the service department has stepped up and exceeded my expectations. Anthony displayed great customer service and is a pleasure to work with! Conyers Nissan should be happy to have him!

Always a very pleasant experience coming here. The representatives are always smiling and ready to serve. The process is smooth and everyone is so attentive. Pedro is extremely resourceful and always so pleasant; definitely my best dealership experience to date. Will always recommend and return for their excellent service 🙏

My experience was great. The service men I encountered were friendly and polite. All my curious questions about the service I came for, as it relates to a recall on my 2023 Nissan Rogue, were answered. My Nissan was also due for its routine service check-up and all went well.

Recently came in looking for a new truck since my car decided that it had enough, and I wasn’t disappointed. Paul was extremely helpful in showing me all the new features and made sure to fill it up and have it cleaned before I walked out the door. Everyone was also willing to do whatever they could to help me out with the finances which was definitely appreciated. Next time I need a new vehicle I’ll be sure to come back by.

On a Friday evening about 10:30 I saw vehicle I was interested in at Conyers Nissan and send an email letting them know. By 9:15 the next morning I received a call from associate at Conyers Nissan regarding the vehicle. At 9:30 someone else called me from Conyers Nissan and again at 9:45 Mr Whipple called. Mr Whipple assisted me with my purchase of my new vehicle. The car was a new trade-in so he make sure the car was fully service. He even picked me up when it was finished to deliver it. I would purchase another vehicle from Conyers Nissan and I would also recommend my friends as well. The all-around customer service was great.

Amazing and Fast!!! Curtis Jones was the most professional, Kind, funny informative, and caring Car Salesman I’ve ever met.
He was very calm and not persistent, anxious, or forceful like most salesman/woman.
He wasn’t a fast talker or a double talker. He simply asked me which car I liked, we test drove, he explained everything clearly… then I purchased!! I’d recommend Conyers Nissan to anybody, ask for Curtis. I wasn’t even going to go there in the first place. I had been looking for a car for a couple of weeks and I just so happen to stop by there. Glad I did. I got the car I wanted (Color and style)…. Great experience!!❤👍🏾

I had a wonderful experience,
The service guy was very nice and pleasant, not to mention very attentive!
The only thing that I didn’t like is the working changing my radio station and not resetting my oil filter pop up on my dashboard. Everyone I get into the car I have to press the ok button to get change filter, change oil, and something else.
I feel like when they get into your car that NOTHING SHOULD BE CHANGED!

I recently went in for an oil change, battery replacement, and for low tire pressure. The service advisor listened to all my concerns. He made sure that my tires were checked thoroughly by the technicians emphasizing that one of the tires was loosing pressure faster than the other and it may not have been weather related. I ended up having a screw in one of my tires. They were able to fix it without requiring the need to buy a new tire. He kept me in the loop and informed me of my wait time. He even informed me of how many cars were ahead of mines. I was in and out in 2 hours which I thought that was good timing and have waited longer at other service centers. Everyone is friendly at Conyers Nissan and I have always had a pleasant experience.

I came to Conyers nissan because my car would not start without a jump I was nervous but before I even got there the service person I talked to which was Anthony Small assist me and told me what my problem was and told me to come down and he would take care of me, I've been there at least six times and waited for hours so I was hesitant. I took a chance and for the first time I was in and out within two hours he took the keys to my vehicle and the next thing I know he was handing them back. This was the first time meeting with Mr.Small but his super speedy service in my opinion makes Conyers nissan look good.

As soon as I pulled into the service department, I was immediately greeted by one gentleman and helped by another (Currand Cobb). He was kind, listened thoroughly, and made sure every request I had going in was met. Service overall was pretty quick, all things considering, and the wait time quoted to me was accurate.

Had pleasant call interactions about a car on line with Alex. The dealerships pricing was a great deal, believe me, I beat up the internet looking for a very specific suv. Kansas City, Peoria IL, Cookeville Tn, Chicago and Roscommon, Mi. All lost out to the final selection! Lol My wife and I are in southwest Florida and was nervous buying from a 9 hour drive away. Besides all the pictures that were posted, Alex went out and immediately sent us a video from around and in the car. It’s pollen season there and she even had the vehicle washed off to give us a better look. Confident in Alex we flew up early yesterday morning from Ft Myers, she even picked us up at the airport! We got to the dealership, loved the car, did the paper work, got on the road and was back home last night by 8! Thanks again to Alex on a wonderful experience!

I went in for an oil change and although there were people already waiting I was out very fast. After my car was ready, my service advisor, Pedro Garcia explained in detail the condition of my car and even told me about a rewards plan that us customers have which is pretty neat! Overall great service!

The workers are very polite and efficient. The work was done faster than I expected, the waiting area is clean, with plenty of chairs. I’m a very satisfied customer

My daughter took my car to Atlanta and it broke down on her. My son-in-law took it to Conyers Nissan. The service manager did an excellent job working with me long distance. He give me several options to repair my vehicle. He was very professional. They did an excellent job repairing my vehicle.

The service team was pleasant, professional and got my vehicle back to me within an hour. Pedro came to greet me promptly the moment I drove into the dealership. He also researched and referred me to some other professionals for something else I needed to get done on my vehicle. Will definitely be going back.

Took the vehicle in for a recall on the hood latch. Had oil changed & tires notated while there, (nothing wrong with vehicle)Since leaving there my brakes squeak when backing up. I’ll be going somewhere else in the future!

The gentleman that helped was awesome. I stopped using Conyers Nissan before was how badly I was treated. The reason I came in this time was for a recall. Wish you had more people like him working there. The other two guys before him treated me like didn’t matter.

Everytime I come here to get service or just ask for more information on Nissan. I always receive wonderful customer service and assistance. I just want to say thank you for always giving me a great experience!
