It's pretty good... Donuts and muffins fresh.
Great drink selection,speedy service!

Donuts are always fresh and serves is always friendly, place is always clean whether you eat inside or out. I like eating outside, but there's only one table and four chairs to sit in outside, but it's always open when I go.

I'm just giving all stars for the service. Not too special nor poor. My order was very quick through the drive-thru. I had never had these donuts before. Tried it out and it wasn't as good as Southern Maid.

Hands down, I think Dunkin’ Donuts is better than Starbucks. Our orders have never been wrong and the service is always amazing. You can customize drinks and there’s plenty of food items to choose from. We cannot stop getting their frozen coffees! Best of all, no matter how long the line is, they are fairly quick.

Best drive through coffee expierence ever. I am a Starbucks fan, but Dunkin gives them a run for their money with better prices, amazing customer service, and the coffee tastes pretty good too. I see why they keep America running. New fan, right here!

This was my first time coming here!! Employees were extremely nice and understanding, especially the guy with the red hair—he didn’t have a name tag unfortunately but he wears a white and black jacket!! Pay this store a visit…

They don’t have some items after a certain time and it’s completely understandable—the Iced Coffee is creamy and delicious—the breakfast sandwiches are top tier better than starbooboo

I will be coming again and giving the guy with red hair and black/white jacket a personal tip!!!

The staff here are really nice! When a friend and I walked in to buy our drink we had a great conversation with the cashier ( I apologize I didn't catch your name!). She was super sweet and great at helping us choose our coffee! I even told her she could squish my coffee cake into the donut box cause I didn't mind, but she wanted me to get it in perfect condition!

The employees at this Duncan went above and beyond to make the donuts my father wanted. He's in a nursing home and they were making donuts at the time I came in. They made sure to make everything he wanted. They were all extremely nice and I appreciate them so much . The manager, Angie made what he wanted and Quinn helped me place my order, gave me the time frame and just was so very pleasant. Also spoke with Jackson who was so polite. They really went out of their way to make sure I got what my dad wanted. Not only didn't they make my day but my dads as well! They deserve 10 stars!

They're really nice here, you can tell they work hard. Personally I don't love the overly sweetened drinks. I just love the coffee. It doesn't taste strong at all, quite the opposite, but it feels like it's got a ton of caffeine compared to some bitter espresso type stuff I've had elsewhere. Quite the mood booster.

Wow! Great coffee but even BETTER customer service!!!! I go at least once a week to this location and every staff member is always so nice! Today Cassidy went above and beyond ! I couldn’t find my wallet and apologized and asked to cancel my order. She could see I was upset and said, “Don’t worry about it. It’s on me!” Wow, how thoughtful! She made my day!!!

This isn’t Starbucks, but your also not going to pay Starbucks prices. My daughter and I hang out here from time to time, instead of running through the drive through. I see a big difference with new management and they have my drink ready as soon as I get to the window because they have taken the time to learn my drink. I can appreciate this as a very picky coffee connoisseur. Try the avocado toast and an energy cold brew with cream and white chocolate, you’ll thank me later. Sometimes the line can get in the way of parking on the right side of the building. If going inside, avoid parking on the right of the building!

I freaking LOVE the workers here. They always absolutely ACE our orders and go the extra mile every time. There has never once been a time where we left her even a little unsatisfied. Always have and always will be our GO-TO morning date spot. If you’re craving a perfect coffee or some delicious breakfast food, please come to this Dunkin!

My girlfriend and I try to go here at least 3x a week if not every morning. We’ve become some really good regulars and their Employee Casey has been the absolute best on service, and getting our orders out to us in a timely manner. Will always go to this location mainly for the service she provides.and the hard work we see her put into everything she does.

Loved the person who gave us our order they went above and beyond. FOOD AND DRINK WERE GREATM DEFINITELY one of my favorite spots. Super friendly. DEFINITELY Go there when I am in then area.

I should’ve chosen to do my purchase here from the beginning. Such rude service from Snowflake Donut aka King Donut on Kings Hwy led me here, then I remembered how awesome this place was. They provided me with hot, fresh donuts for a party I gave my daughter last year & the staff was so very nice. Good food, clean environment with nice staff is what you’ll get here vs. that other place.

Service is pretty quick but can't seem to get my hot coffee right, ever. Iced is always spot on though.
