Publix Super Market at Abbotts Village at Ocee

I freaking love this Publix. They're all really sweet, nice, and always say hi. I'm embarrassed I come here so often! They have fresh fries and onion rings they put out daily near the deli. They're honestly why I come so often. I just have to show appreciation, this place and the employees have been really nice to me! I appreciate them very much!!

There are Publix stores and then there are those super fancy almost whole foods Publix's. This is the former. It's a regular smegular Publix with all the classics like the fried chicken & pub subs. Mmm Mmm, Yummy! And don't forget soggy sushi Wednesdays! Better off just getting the "Cajun Crab Dip" I could eat that off a flip flop.

Great sandwiches, dell's amazing. I only get my fruit and pastry from publix, Wal-Mart's go bad fast.

It's Publix so the usual friendly attitudes and helpful staff. Used the pharmacy here, fast and efficient with friendly staff. Some items may be a bit more expensive but their produce section never disappoints nor does the bakery. If you are getting lunch here definitely order ahead so you can just walk in and out, the checkout can get slow during peak times but I like having a cashier that can interact with me.

Can’t go wrong here, this is the cleanest grocery store in all of John’s Creek and Alpharetta. With an amazing staff and an unlimited amount of cookies for my 3 year old, it is my favorite place to shop!

Had my favorite Peanut Butter Crunch bars in stock.... You automatically get 5 stars for that... Now ... Bacon flavored easy cheese and I'll never shop anywhere else.

Great location and the staff is super friendly. If you live in the area, this location and the one on State Bridge are awesome to use for your everyday needs. I wish they had self-check out available because I often only purchase a few things at a time and this would ease check-out, but having said that, they often have extra staff on register during peak hours... something you often do not see elsewhere.

We've been shopping at this Publix for close to 20 years and it's been consistent and reliable with customer service, produce, deli items, well-stocked shelves, and cleanliness.
We are also glad they continually take styrofoam for recycling as well as plastic grocery bags.

I love this store. It is always very clean. The staff is very friendly. Ms. Mary is always smiling and very helpful.

This is my favorite Publix! There are two larger Publix stores near me, but I appreciate the employees at this Publix more, especially the gals at the deli counter. The bakery is also excellent. Each week Publix has a number of BOGO specials, which no other grocery store can touch. The deli sandwiches are fantastic and are just as good as the nearby sandwich shops, but for less money. Keep up the good work!

Very friendly staff. The pharmacy staff is even better. Especially Erin. Very helpful and pleasant girl. It's always a pleasure dealing with her.

Great experience as usual at any Publix I shop at. I was greeted at least 5 times by employees in the aisles, often asking if they could help find what I was looking for. Checkout was a breeze, especially having a nice young lady, Julia, unload my cart onto the checkout belt, pushing my cart to my car, and loading the items in the back. All with a happy disposition. It felt like a ChicFilA service experience.

This Publix is always a pleasant shopping experience! The employees and very helpful and professional. The store is clean, well organized and the prices are competitive with other grocery stores.

The bakery is FANTASTIC! I ordered a cake last minute and they helped me to piece together a beautiful cake that was appropriate for the occasion and big enough to feed the numbered if people I was expecting. They tailored the price for my specific requests and had it ready in three days. It was absolutely delicious! Everyone loved it.

My husband uses their pharmacy for his plethora of medications and they are very helpful with juggling his constantly changing meds. They have helped him find the least expensive options and have been very careful to cross check possible side effects of each medication to make sure he is safe. I deeply appreciate their help in managing his health care.

They offer a level of service that you just don't find at other stores.

I’ve been coming coming to this publix for about 2 years now and the cashiers are always pleasant and happy to see me. Today there was an issue at the register which later on turned out to be on my banks end, and despite my increasing aggravation at the time, Shane and Josh were amazingly polite and as helpful as they could be in the moment. Just wanted to shout them out for that.

Wow wow we just experienced the best customer service ever, friendly positive atmosphere, highly highly recommend shopping here for sure. In a world where you experience alot of negativity, this Publix has taken the High Road above and beyond.
