My phone died suddenly without warning. It was "only" 5 years old! Sherman did his best to revive it but alas to no avail. The replacement phone is beautiful. Thanks Sherman and Noah for their kind service and offer to help in the future.

My daughter and I had to upgrade our phones. My daughters current phone was unusable and despite coming in 1 hr before closing time, Tanner was extremely helpful with setting up her new phone and mine. My phone took a lot longer than expected yet Tanner stayed over an hour after closing time to be sure we were all fixed up. He was kind and patient the whole time. He went out of his way that night helping us, answering all of our questions and making sure we were 100% satisfied before leaving. I would highly recommend them. Thankful they’re in our area.

I have waited years to update my phone because of the delay and poor service that I experienced last time. Finally went into my local Verizon store and had a wonderful experience. Needed to replace my phone. The team at the Watkinsville Verizon store was very helpful and efficient, advising which model best suited my needs and which discounts I qualified for. Tanner set everything up for me and pointed out the differences between the old and new phone, explaining new features that had been added in the four and a half years since I bought the old phone. Thumbs up for Tanner and his crew.

Stopped by on my way into Athens to get my phone’s SIM replaced and Tanner got me in and out of the store in less than 15 minutes with a working phone! A great store to avoid the traffic in Athens for a faster experience.

I have made several stops at this location and my experience was very positive each time. Other friends and family members report the same. The representatives there are friendly, patient and knowledgeable.

Today I needed information about hotspot possibilities, and they worked hard to find the best match of plan with device (MiFi 8800L). There are a lot of Verizon details that have bearing, there are possible promotions that may apply, and these possibilities were worked out for me to give the best possible price.

I heartily recommend this location. Just be prepared to spend some time there while everything is explained and worked out for you.

Tanner was truly a godsend for this old lady today. He spent time with h me and really went beyond he call of duty to help me. I have never had dealings with a finer young man. Verizon is fortunate to have such an excellent employee.

I recently visited this store to purchase a new phone. With the assistance of Jacob and Irina I was successfully able to order my new phone and quickly get it set up. Both Jacob and Irina were very helpful throughout this process because their customer service is exceptional. They are very understanding and easy to work with making my trip to the Verizon store an enjoyable experience. I also purchased a new screen protector with my phone and I was very pleased with the job that Irina did installing it being very thorough making sure that nothing was caught underneath it.

Tanner and Jason helped me move my 2 lines from ATT to Verizon easily as well as helping me get the best deals on 2 iPhone 14s and an iWatch. It's great using a local retailer with such good service.
