Great experience getting my car battery replaced! I’m always a little nervous getting my car serviced as I don’t know a lot about cars. Mike tested my (very dead) battery, explained my options, and replaced my battery in no time. I wasn’t expecting to get this fixed so fast and easily.

After the AAA person came out and told us we needed a new battery and he had one for $267 we opted to go to Advance Auto. I told Mike we needed a new battery and he asked "are you sure? Let me check" The battery was fine just needed some corrosion removed which Mike did and the car started right up. In today's market all to often the focus is the bottom line but Mike was out to help. We need more people like him and rest assured all my auto business will go to Advance Auto on US 1 South St. Augustine

Mike and Casey were great! Stopped in tonight when I realized my headlight was out.They didn’t assume I had no idea what I was doing (I didn’t! Shameful, I know) but when they realized I was gonna wing it they were more than happy to replace it and show me how to do it for next time. Turns out my headlight was loose and didn’t need to be replaced, but they weren’t bothered at all that they wasted some time getting me the right ones/showing me the steps, and offered to replace them anyway, refund the lights I bought, or just keep them for when I need them. They were quick yet professional, knowledgeable, and both had a great sense of humor. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I appreciate you guys!

I woke up to a dead car battery and Advanced Auto Parts came through! I was able to get a jump so I could get to their location and I was taken care of and back on the road in less than 30 minutes. Excellent customer service! They completely saved my day!

Was greeted kindly right when I walked in and asked if they could help. Tested battery right away, explained the readings to me, and setup to switch them out. I've had other places tell me they could sell me a battery, but not install it bc on a Ford escape it's located up under the edge of the body, right up against the firewall, and you have to pull the air box(?)out, disassembling some of the engine! WL was amazing! He knew what he was doing, but even so, had to work on it for nearly an hour! And when I arrived, he only has 10 minutes left on the clock! He had the option to have someone else do it for me so he could go but he opted to complete the job with zero complaints. Other places would have made me go to a mechanic, costing even more. WL went above and beyond and I couldn't be more appreciative!

Big Mike came to the rescue for me. My splash guard came down on my way home, and he was able to help me stabilize it so I can continue heading home. Can’t thank him enough!

Mike and Bob were amazing! They helped us out when our battery died and we were camping at Anastacia. They solve our problem super fast we are so grateful to both of you!

Advanced auto parts has got to be the best auto store I’ve ever been in. Brian was so helpful. He gave me all the information I needed and got my parts for me. He also suggested some places where I can get things that they did not carry. And he did all this with a smile on his face. In today’s world where everybody seems to be in a hurry it is rare to find such a caring individual.He took the time to really explain things to me and get me what I need it. Thanks, Brian.

The staff there are so friendly and helpful! They answer all my questions!! They have even helped me by testing my generator battery!! Big Mike, Casey, and the rest of the staff are great!! I highly recommend them!!!

I wish I could give more than 5 starts to Casey, he is very professional, knowledgeable and kind. Every time we open the door to access to the store, Casey welcomed us and always smiling. We definitely will recommend this place to family and friends. Thank you Casey, you are awesome!

Brian and Casey went out of their way to help me replace my lights and windshield wipers today! They also ran a code test to let me know what I need to get fixed with a mechanic. Very willing to help and excellent costumer service!! Thanks guys

Just stop by with an urgent need to keep a window from falling down and super nice gentleman went way above and beyond to help. Got the job done in about three minutes and I will definitely be a loyal customer.

I had to order a singnal light assembly for my truck. I had the pleasure of dealing with Casey, who showed me several things about my truck I never knew. I felt fortunate about the service help and information he shared with me. It was well worth stopping there.

My car died and was stranded at the lot. Casey helped with the replacement battery and was able to install it himself. My car was giving some issues where the trunk where the battery was couldn’t open or my car wouldn’t start but Casey managed to get my back in running and my car hasn’t had any issues since. Highly recommend!!!
