South Beach Condo Hotel

Really liked this place! First time local visit. We did a short girl's staycation and had a great time just staying in and around the hotel. Pool got busy during the day but we usually were able to find chairs. Really beautiful grounds before you get to the beach and super short walk to the sand. We were able to rent bikes that were delivered to the hotel and ride them on the pavement right outside the beach to local restaurants etc. We played in the hammocks multiple times throughout our visit and it was perfect. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed! Would definitely return for another visit and recommend to others.

Awesome location and gorgeous beach views. We stayed in Unit 408. It’s a beautiful end unit with a newly renovated kitchen and bathroom countertops. The king size bed and pillows were SUPER comfortable with an amazing new mattress (we didn’t want to get out of bed 😂). Lots of parking .. great two weeks!

We stayed at South Beach 3 times. This last time my daughters and their families also stayed there. They loved it also, and plan to return next year.

Rooms are spacious and well equipped with a great view of the gulf.

We had an excellent stay! Location was great, rooms were clean, staff was very friendly, and amenities were spot on. Pro tip: Book your stay directly through them and save money vs Priceline, Orbitz, etc.

This is our second stay at this condo. Perfect location with shops and restaurants. You are directly on the beach but you do have to walk on the path to get to beach. Condo is spacious. Full kitchen with everything you need to cook. Bathroom has shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. I would recommend and we will be back.

My family and I fell in love this place. Great service, feels like home away from home. Ms. Karen and the staff always go above and beyond to take care of us!! It has become a family go to location. Thank you South beach and look forward to our next trip.

Room could use renovation and shower got cold very quickly but otherwise great location and decent value for money.

Visited a friend here and the place was awesome! heated pool all of their units are gulf front units which overlook some of the best parts of Treasure Island Beach! This this is a small intimate resort that offers full kitchens in all of their units. This is a gem!

All the condos are gulf front which was really great! The balcony was really big and allowed the 3 of us space to relax and talk. The grounds were really nicely kept. Long walk to the beach but we didn't mind. The front desk was very friendly and anything we asked was taken care of quickly. We've been coming to the area for 15 years and always stayed down the street...we are now switched to this hotel permanently!

Love this place! A bit of a walk to ocean but great all the same awesome pool too.

Second consecutive year staying at South Beach Condos. We love it here. The staff is extremely friendly, the rooms are clean and well kept, they provide everything you could possibly need for cooking, trash bags, dish washer pods, etc. The pool is always clean. The maintenance crew does a great job with groundskeeping.. they're quick to pick up any branches, etc. That have fallen overnight. Parking is sufficient, location of the condos is great, walking path to the beach is well maintained. The BBQ and shuffleboard area is really nice. I couldn't find anything to complain about as far as South Beach Condos if I tried. I think the pricing ($1850 for a week in a 1br full condo with a pull out bed in the couch to accommodate 4) in the middle of peak season makes it a great deal. We'll continue vacationing here for years to come!

Great Condo. All rooms face the beach. Full kitchen, washer and dryer in every unit. They have beach chairs and umbrellas to use on the beautiful beach. Staff is outstanding. Close to many restaurants.

Great place, very quiet to relax, with the beach in walking distance, the employees are very friendly and kind; in our humble opinion with magnificent rooms, very clean and with all the services for a delicious stay with a sea view.

The condo was very clean, parking was good. The view from our condo was beautiful. Plenty of restaurants, shops, and a grocery store within walking distance. Beach was clean and nice. Tons of shells, but get out EARLY my husband found full sand dollars and other awesome shells. Pool was nice and warm. Had a grilling area with two gas grills and plenty of table and chairs. My only complaint would be that they need to have keyless entry into the rooms and bathroom by the pool for easier convenience. Maybe something they can implement in the near future. Very happy with our stay here and would recommend.

Loved it here. It was more of a home than a Hotel. They had a full kitchen and washer & dryer. It was a nice change from any other hotel. The staff was nice and the sunsets from your own private balcony are beautiful. They have a pool and a BBQ area. If you want to lounge around they even have hammocks. Can't wait to go back.

We stayed two nights and had a great time. The condo was clean, nicely decorated and well stocked (it even had a washer and dryer). Had a great view of the beach and enjoyed the pool. Keep in mind if you book via their website that you won't necessarily get the exact room you picked. We thought we would be in the sixth floor but ended up on the third. View was great anyway.

We stayed here for three nights, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The hotel room was neat, clean and amazingly well stocked including beach chairs and towels. I enjoyed all the games that were available including shuffleboard, ping pong, and horseshoes. The pool is very nice as well. The beach is a little walk away but very nice. I also enjoyed walking the trail behind the hotel. Treasure island has a lot of fun little amenities within walking distance. I would definitely come back!

What a wonderful place!!!!!!! We stayed for a week, April 5 to April 12 2018. Really cute apartment. We felt like we were at home. Our unit was super clean. Nicely furnished, cute stylish decor and kitchen with newer appliances. All the units face the beach and a sweet little balcony to sit and enjoy the view!; you can eat out there or in the apt. Bed was really comfy. The grounds and pool area are well maintained and and lovely. The hammocks are heavenly. Of all the properties nearby we think it's the prettiest with the nice grassy area, the pool and outdoor grilling area. Staff is friendly and helpful. Family friendly, good for all ages. If we come to Treasure Island again, this is the place! I think it's noteworthy to know that this is not a hotel experience where there's daily housekeeping. It's a home away from home. Lots of restaurant options, or the Publix, if you like to cook or eat in. Fridges have ice makers. Chairs and beach umbrellas are provided.

We stayed here and loved it. The views are amazing and it's located a short distance from anything you could possibly need/want. Unlike most hotels it actually feels like you're at home. It was also nice having a full kitchen and washer/dryer in the condo. We'll be staying here again next time we're back.
