Caruso’s Italian Kitchen

This is one of my favorite local restaurants and feels like a hidden gem. We’ve been here multiple times and their recent renovations look amazing and give an updated vibes. Services always great and food is delicious and authentic. Recommend the saltimboca and Marsala.

First time dining here tonight and we were very impressed! The staff was warm, friendly and very accommodating. We had no special requests but were generous with the great fresh bread and AMAZING dipping sauce. We had the chicken Parmesan and the Linguine with Alfredo and chicken also. The Alfredo was perfect. The chicken breasts was slightly bland but still tender and juicy. Parking is convenient and plentiful which is a perk at the beach. Will be back for sure.

The restaurant is a GEM. We stumbled in last night. Our server Lisa was so polite and helpful with choosing food & wine. She actually brought several bottles of wine to the table. Superior service! Food was excellent! Clean and comfortable atmosphere.

Absolutely enjoyed coming here. Best meal and service from our waitress Lisa. She gave suggestions for wine, the pasta pescatore and it was delicious! We will most definitely coming back again!

Fantastic Italian food! Gnocchi Gorgonzola, linguine with clams, lasagna, and limoncello cake were plate licking good. Waitresses were kind and personable. Location is within walking distance to hotels and beach.

Great authentic Italian. Helpful and quick service. I wasn't a huge fan of the alfredo sauce myself, but my wife loved it. We went twice. The spaghetti and meatballs were amazing to me. Loved it!

Our own little "Cheers" of sorts here in Treasure Island. It's where everybody knows our names, favorite dishes, tasty appetizers and delicious wines. The food is consistently outstanding, from the bread through dessert. The owners and staff are always one step ahead and we love how they engage with the crowd after a busy night! What a pleasant surprise we found and so did a friend in NYC. He couldn't remember the name of his favorite restaurant on Treasure Island...we asked if it was Carusos and BINGO!!! What a small world!

Staff is very friendly and attentive. We enjoyed the caprese and the veal picatta albeit slightly over cooked which made some bites a bit tough. Great wine selection to pair with their lovely menu. Everything is made to order!

This was our first visit to the area and this restaurant. The food was delicious and very hot. Everything we ordered was amazing.

We had the Brushetta for a starter, Fettuccine Alfredo with chicken and eggplant parm. White sauce and red sauce were both amazing. All of it was spot on.

We were served by a very nice waitress in training. We didn't catch her name, but she was very attentive and checked on our table an appropriate number of times.

The prices were a smidge high, but we can't take the review down a star for that. You get what you pay for and you should expect that in a beach community. We may just be used to cheaper, less delicious food. This place is worth another visit. If you like Italian food, this is your place... This is the real deal. Tip your server.

I went there on NYE. The service was spectacular. Lisa was my server. She helped me pick out a great bottle of wine within my budget. I had the bruschetta and risotto, both were yummy. The bruschetta was so good that my friend and I were dipping the house bread in it (the tomatoes and reduced balsamic is on the side of the crostini to ensure it doesn't become soggy...love that). Great job to the chef! It's a cute little place. We sat in the corner, perfect table. I would recommend lower lighting to increase the romantic vibe. I'll definitely be back as I'm a local and will be telling others about it.

A hidden gem; don’t miss! Best Italian we have had; from the fresh warm bread and oil, amazing server recommendations (don’t miss the chicken saltamboca-it’s incredible). Low frills but high service. A 10!

Didn’t know this place existed. Greeted with smiles and fabulous service. Fun decor, sat near the pianist. Incredible food, rich and authentic, true Italian. Went for the specials and tiramisu. Try their “pink sauce.”

Amazing restaurant. Came on a Saturday night and the girls working were very attentive. Food was 10/10. Honestly such a great choice for Italian. Love that they had bread with oil!

Small place with great food . Great wine selection. Recommendation of food entree by hostess was perfect . A very welcoming restaurant , we were greeted as soon as we entered . Will go back soon .

My party had an amazing Italian dinner! Place is styled just right, my shrimp and scallop limoncello was delicious, plenty of seafood and perfectly cooked spaghetti. Great selection of wines. Would love to come back!

We found this place by accident looking for a place to have dinner since everything was packed around. We were so happy with all the food selection we ordered. It was delicious, definitely a hidden gem. And the tiramisu was on point. Definitely recommended!

This place serves pasta that other pasta aspires to be! My friend and I got the gnocchi for an appetizer in a rose sauce of spicy marinara and Alfredo. So delicious! The house made bread was delicious - toasty on the outside, soft on the inside. I got the lobster stuffed ravioli in a vodka sauce. The pasta was deliciously homemade. Best pasta I’ve ever had!

Caruso’s is a great Italian Restaurant. Caruso’s has great pastas I recommend the lobster ravioli and the gnocchi Gorgonzola. The service is good. And the Atmosphere is vibrant.

Our go to Italian Restaurant whenever we stay in St. Pete Beach. They have changed ownership since last time we were there but food & service were just as good as before. Place is brighter & more cheerful with all new decor.
