Anastasia Baptist Academy

My husband and I are beyond thrilled with Anastasia Baptist Academy. It is an amazing environment for learning and growing, perfect balance of structure, social/play, and exploration/learning. Our oldest daughter started attending at two years old and our baby girl has been attending since she was 3 months old. The facility is very clean and the teachers and all of the staff are so friendly and personable, always greeting you with a smile - it's evident that they truly love their school too! The teachers love and care for the children as if they were their own. We feel so lucky to be a part of this family and would highly recommend this school to any family!

My son attended Anastasia Baptist Academy island campus and he had the best experience all three years he was there! I love the whole staff. Also, when he began Kindergarten at an elementary school, the K teacher told me he was well prepared along with the others that came from Anastasia Baptist. My daughter is also now in her third year there. She started in the one year old class and will be staying there for VPK next year. I have never had a single complaint about this school. I would recommend it to everyone!

We have two babies currently enrolled at Anastasia Baptist Academy, one in the infant room and one in the toddler room. Each teacher our children have had loved and cared for them as if they were their own. All the staff members are welcoming, kind and helpful. Our toddler absolutely loves going to school each morning and that means the world to us. Nothing but positive words to say about this daycare. We recommend them to any parent looking for a God centered daycare for their children.

Anastasia Baptist Academy has been a huge blessing to our family! Our child is always so excited to go in the mornings to see her friends and teacher. Her teacher and the daycare director are always keeping us informed with constant communication and an open door policy. We are so blessed and thankful to have our daughter loved so well every single day!!

My son started going to Anastasia when he turned 2 and he was in Ms. Susan’s class. I always felt like he was cared for and 100% safe. He has really excelled and is learning so much from his teachers. The director Hannahlee is very involved and easy to talk to, I often see her during drop-off or pick-up and you can tell she personally knows all of the students & parents names. I love all the programs they have for the students such as the fall festival and in the summer they have water day which is a big hit with the kids!

Anastasia Baptist Academy has been such a blessing in the life of our family over the past 5 years. My oldest son has attended since he was 7 months old, and is now in the Pre-K program. My youngest is presently in the 1-year-old-class. The program directors, teachers and staff are absolutely wonderful. Our children have grown and prospered as a result of the nurturing environment, the genuine love they receive on a daily basis, and the amazing Christian-based curriculum they are provided. Choosing to send our boys to ABA is the best child-care decision we could have ever made!

It is never easy to entrust others with the care of your children, but the teachers and staff at Anastasia Baptist make it a very rewarding experience! My daughter began in the 2-year-old class and is now about to turn 4. She has learned and gained so much through a great balance of play, education, exercise and biblical teaching. I love that the teachers greet us with such cheerful and positive attitudes each morning, making my daughter feel loved and appreciated. And I love that when I pick her up after a long day, she has a huge smile on her face, eager to tell me what a great day she has had. I cannot imagine a more perfect fit for our family - the teachers and staff have such a genuine passion for these children and are flexible and sensitive to each individuals' needs. If any issues arise, they are quick to listen and respond, creating a supportive environment for both children and caretakers. I will be forever thankful to all those at Anastasia who have loved on me and my children.

Anastastia Baptist is the best. My son has been going there since he was 2 and I can't say anything but good things. The teachers are all amazing and talented woman. It's always clean. In the 2 years I have been taking my son I have never had any problems. The directors door is always open if need to talk. I looked at many daycares and I honestly can say I would not send my child anywhere else. I trust every single one of them and they are like family. I must also say both my nephews went through the academy and they have excelled in elementary because of Anastasia. Keep up the great job and I don't look forward to my son graduating preschool in a year because it's home to us now.

I am exceedingly selective about childcare and Anastasia Baptist is by far the best early childhood institution I've encountered. My children were lovingly cared for every day while exceeding my expectations for learning. I was very impressed how the staff consistently allowed for each child's individual growth and interests while fostering an atmosphere of togetherness and inclusion. Every child is treated equally and seeing my 2 year old blossom beautiful loving friendships with his classmates and teachers was an incredible experience. There were many times where I found help in a developmental phase by learning from his teachers strategies for loving acceptance, firm leadership and consistent structure. I've recently had to move and the worst part of leaving town was having to take my kids out of ABC. I have yet to find another center that comes close to matching ABC.

Our little girl has attended Anastasia since she was 2. I could not have chosen a better school for her.

First, I talked to my boss about putting her in preschool so she would start learning and socializing more with other children as well as allowing me to increase my work hours. Anastasia was my boss' first and only referral. His own daughter (now 27) attended Anastasia for preschool and VPK. Wow was he right. He said if our daughter took nothing else away from the experience, she would be prepared to go to kindergarten, knowing her numbers, letters, shapes and how to write her name.

Our daughter is registered to begin VPK at Anastasia in the fall and she already does all of the above. Aside from her education, she is being taught moral right from wrong from a God-fearing and loving staff. I myself have grown to love the staff and befriended many, as well as the parents of my little girl's friends.

My husband, my daughter and I love Anastasia and are so blessed to have chosen such a wonderful school.

Both of my girls attended Anastasia Baptist Childcare. We were thrilled with the love and education they received. Our teachers were amazing and the directors were always there if I needed them. What a great place for a child to learn and grow.

Our family loves Anastasia Baptist. It was our church as well as our son's school. Anytime we ever had a question about our child or his development, everyone (teachers and Hannahlee alike) were available, honest and compassionate. Sadly, we moved away and miss his school, his teachers and classmates. I would highly recommend Anastasia for your child's early education.

My three children have all attended Anastasia and it is one of the best decisions our family has ever made. Our girls have been exposed to a nurturing environment in which they feel safe and loved. They learn about God's love for them and are prepared at a high academic standard.

I absolutely loved Anastasia Baptist Academy! Both my children were blessed to attend Anastasia Baptist Academy's Island Campus from the one's - VPK and we could not have been happier. The program is led by a great director (Hannahlee) and the teachers and staff are top notch! Thank you all for such a great 8 years at Anastasia Baptist Academy!

I have two children at ABA and we absolutely love it! I know their teachers love them just as much as we do, and that they are in a loving, learning, and fun environment. I also appreciate the structure and routine of the classes and instruction. They are thriving academically but also want to go to “school.” A faith-based preschool that has had a great reputation for decades and continues!

My brother and I grew up at this school so it was a blessing to have my daughter able to attend to. The enrichment, passion and love the staff and Director pour over their tots goes beyond learning. My child excelled in Kindergarten because of ABA. Thank you staff, administration and Anastasia Baptist Church for making this a huge piece of your outreach for generations. Suggestion: Add your child to the waiting list at conception.

My son has attended ABA since he was 6 weeks old. He is now in the two year old class and has had wonderful teachers along the way. He has learned so much and more importantly has been cared for and prayed for in each moment. We love ABA and the amazing staff and teachers they have in place.

Anastasia Baptist was a godsend to me and my family. I had decided that if I did not find the perfect place for my daughter that I would not be able to be a working mother. Not only did I find the perfect preschool for her but I found a church home and a sense of famil. Two more kids and we have no plans on leaving. Thank you Walter, Hanalee, and everyone else that makes Anastasia Baptist Church such a special gem here in St Augustine Florida.

ABA is incredible! We love it! My daughter has learned SO much from Ms. Mimi! I am so grateful for the flexibility and helpfulness from both Hannahlee and Samantha..
