Nobody has my parts I needed. But called Napa and they always have the parts in stock. Couldn't ask for a better place

Always very helpful and friendly staff. They usually have the things that other parts stores don't have.

Great service and the right part the first time!

I was very impressed with the knowledge in the help but we got from the Napa store. My engine light was on and I hate to say it but I went across the street to O'Reilly's they checked it and said that my engine was running hot well I knew that those machines could pinpoint the problem and was very thankful that Napa crew did it and I hope it fixes the problem I love that they had the Christian fish hanging up also I knew I went to the right place then.

Good Napa store with a large assortment of parts. If they don't have they can usually get it by next day.

Typically, auto parts stores are places filled with bravado and testosterone. I'm used to it, even fine with it. But this was different. Chris was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. I could hear other employees acting similarly. Heck, even the bathroom was clean (not fancy, it's a parts store - but cleaner than many restaurants)!

My husband and I were vacationing in St. Augustine and when we were leaving there was a tornado warning.
We stopped at Sanford and Son to ask if we could shelter there, since we have never experienced a tornado and didn’t know what to do since we were to drive in the path of the tornado.
Sanford and his staff were very welcoming, friendly and understanding.
We were very appreciative of their kindness.

Friendly staff that can help you find anything for your car, from oil and filters to specific OEM replacement parts. Fast friendly service with huge selection. Ask for Taylor, especially if you have questions regarding import cars he knows a TON!

I ABSOLUTELY looooooove this auto parts store… this one is privately owned by an AWESOME young😉 man … ALLLLL the guys in there are soooo knowledgeable helpful and patient!! Definitely recommend this place for ALLL your auto parts and sooo much more!! Ya feel like family when your there… just can’t say enough great things about the employees there!!!

Absolutely fantastic staff. I wish I could remember the guy's name that helped us out. It was a younger white guy with glasses. Our alternator went out while we were staying in St. Augustine. He ran a diagnostic test just to make sure. Gave us a great discount on the part. Loaned us tools to change out the alternator. My kids and I sat inside while my husband changed the part out. He offered us some of his pizza and personal sodas. He just generally conversed with us and seemed as though he cared for his job. If you need a part, use this business and they will take care of you.

Iv been dealing with these guys for a while now. They seem to have everything I always ask for. Well today was no different. I walked in looking for two kinda odd truck batteries and they had them. Jordan helped me out and he was a super nice guy!

I needed parts to repair some air suspension lines.

They answered on the first ring, knew exactly what I was talking about, had it on-hand, and got me out the door with everything I needed (and QUALITY brand names, like Gates).

Five star experience, like every other Napa store I have been in!

Great store to shop in. Good location. Well stocked with what you need in vehicle care. If they dont have it they will get it for you. Great store for women shoppers, they go out of their way to assist and explain for women shoppers who are not used to shopping for car care items.

The young man who helped me was friendly. Helped diagnose the battery and gave me free replacement battery in a quick and happy manner. Impressed!

The counter crew is always willing to help,,,and if you need a little help with something outside with your car they are willing to give you a hand.

The kid working the counter was very nice. I came in to have my ICM’s tested and he told me they don’t have the machine. But he picked up the phone and called the other auto store in town and made sure they could test my module! Very helpful and friendly.

Great customer service. Attendant installed my new car battery right on the spot. Greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. Thanks!

While I usually don’t write my purchasing experiences, on Wednesday 4/18, I visited the NAPA Sanford & Sons Auto Parts store on CR16, in St Augustine, to check on replacing a previously purchased Passenger Side NAPA Wiper Blade that recently started missing an area when wiping my windshield, in addition to purchasing a Rear Brake Light Bulb for my 2011 Sonata.

First, when I told the guy behind the counter (who I’m assuming must have been the owner) about my Wiper problem and showed him my receipt from when I previously purchased it, he asked one of his Service Techs to replace and install a new Wiper Blade, at NO Charge. Next, when I went to purchase the set of Brake Bulbs, I took the Bulbs out to the Service Tech and asked if he could also install and replace both my Brake Light Bulbs, to which he said “absolutely.” While he ran into unexpected technical difficulties getting the bulbs into the plastic holders and getting them to properly locked into place into the Rear Brake Lights, which took about 20 minutes, he maintained a pleasant positive customer focused attitude during the whole experience. Lastly, when I went back into the store to pay for the set of Brake Bulbs, which cost about $2.75, the owner total me not to worry about it. I can only assume that because I had my Vietnam Veteran Military Hat on he graciously gave me the Bulbs to me at a No Charge…how unexpected and nice was that!

That said, I wanted to take a moment and share my wonderful customer experience and compliment the NAPA Sanford and Son Auto Parts store for way exceeding my expectations in delivering excellent customer service and for acknowledging my Military Service.
