HUGE store. Loads of options for balloons. Well organized to find what you need for any celebration. Staff was extremely helpful and patient as we planned our balloon bouquet!

It's a party store, prices can be a tad bit high at times versus online on other sites but it's the price you pay to have the items now and not having to wait. Tons of themes and colors to choose from for any occasion. Also a good place to check out for costumes if you're into cosplay or if you're just looking to dress up for any occasion!

Party City saved the day! As an event coordinator for an Easter event, I was in a panic when my order for 5000 plastic Easter eggs was delayed until after Easter. Thankfully, Party City had exactly what I needed. Their vast selection and helpful staff made it easy to find everything for a successful event. I can't thank them enough for coming through in a pinch! 🎉🐰🥚

Panny was a rockstar! I’ve been in retail over 20 years so I really appreciate top notch customer service. The store itself was well stocked, organized, and Panny and the other associate were so friendly and helpful. Thank you so much for helping make our grand baby’s first birthday awesome!

Lydia Anne (sorry if I misspelled her name) from Party City in St Augustine was very helpful and patient. She took the time to call me today and clarify the order I had placed online which I’m super grateful for! I learned something about balloons today thanks to her!

So I would say that we showed up after along to see if we could bring in our own balloons for filling for a party and they were out of helium... bummer!! Bur the turn around came when th3 associate gave us a solution. And went to get the tank without us asking. Then walked us to where we would be able to get the other items to do it ourselves. We all know that things happen but it is how the person you come in contact with turns it around. I'm sorry I didn't get their name but there the only cashier around 1-2 on Wed Sept 7th. Best service, friendly!

Excellent customer service! I got some balloons for my birthday to use in a photoshoot, and one popped on the way to the location. The staff kindly replaced my balloon for free when I showed them my receipt. They didn't have to because they're a corporate store and not a franchise, but they did I and greatly appreciated them for it!

The customer service here is excellent! The lines are never long and neither is the wait. If you have party items you are looking for, try this store out for you next upcoming occasion. You won't be disappointed!

Party city has a wide variety in store. It's graduation time so they have the front setup nice for senior season. My only complaint is it's a little pricey.

I saw only 1 employee and that young man was very helpful and courteous.

For every occasion! You're one stop store. Really friendly staff. Didn't go into the bathrooms so I don't know how clean they are. Store is really clean and well organized.

Everything you ever wanted or needed for a party - including costumes for kids. And you can shop by color and theme. Wide aisles are always a plus
