Menlo Restaurant

Where the locals eat. No fancy decor but the food and service were excellent. Sweet tea and country fried steak was amazing and fried chicken sandwich was very good. Ended up talking to the owner for most of our meal and nearly everyone that walked in the door he greeted on a first name basis.

Menlo’s Restaurant had some of the best breakfast plates I’ve had in a long time. Great local feel. Service was fast and very kind. Food was delicious! If your looking for a traditional southern breakfast, you have found the place.

This was just a stop at a Mom and Pop restaurant with meat and veggies. I had home made chicken fingers with white gravey, baked sweet potato, Slaw with unsweetened tea. Everything hit the spot and service was good.

The only thing was we had to ask for directions twice to find it. We would have ride right by otherwise. It is sort of tucked away.

My father-in-law and I stopped in for lunch. I had the Philly with fries and sweet tea. It was made fresh. He had the cheese burger with onion rings. It too looked and tasted good he said. We missed Avandre Holyfield by one day! This place is a recommended place for good eats.

The food is great, service is great, and the atmosphere is great. What better place to eat could you ask for!

Food is always good! They have a lot of options for a small town restaurant. Great atmosphere! It is cash only so make sure you bring $.

While traveling through the area we stopped at Menlo Restaurant and we had a very good meal and very good service. The building is a little dated but looks like it is clean and well managed 🤠. This is a very small town in a rural area. It is at parity with other restaurants in the area. I recommend it.

Cornbread was old but the BBQ and the fried chicken and gravy and the onion rings were awesome!!!!

Very Quiet place. Southern comfort food, including catfish, okra, turnip greens. Also hamburgers, chicken, grill cheese, fries, etc.

I have ate here a number of times, never disappointed with food or service. Never tried the steak till tonight, best steak In town! Don't take my word for it. Go try for yourself. Found my new steak house. Lol

I ate here for lunch and the meal was delicious! I had a cheeseburger and fries, and ice cream for dessert. The service was friendly and the food is great. Definitely would stop here again.

We drive an hr every so often just to eat here. It's always worth the drive an never disappoints. Food is great and the customer service is on point. I highly recommend the chili. We did it twice in one day this day for breakfast and dinner.

Love this place. Small town. Friendly. Hot fresh food. Waitress was wonderful. And it wasn't too much money!
