McDonald's

Based on my visit it appears to be a well run McDonald's. The manager was walking around asking people how their service and meals were. The interior looks very clean and well kept. One of the better run McDonald's that I've been to. They even have a Banksy-like mural on one of the walls.

After 10PM and drive through had about 5 cars. Nevertheless the service was fast and friendly, food was hot and fresh

fast efficient service. so many of the mcdonalds we've been to on this road trip are understaffed and chaotic. not here. appears to be well managed and it shows. food came out very quickly.

This mcdonalds is hanging on only because of Ryan at the drive through window. He is always efficient, gets the order correct, and even smiles at customers. Please give him a raise.

They're always fast and pretty good with getting the orders correct. The only problem we've had (every fast food place honestly) is getting the drinks correct. Instead of unsweet tea it'll be sweet or instead of regular Coke it'll be Coke Zero. But overall this place has great employees with fantastic service and professionalism! 5 stars all the way!

Absolutely love this McD on US-1 in St. Augustine, FL as everyone is very nice & helpful. They do not stop after your order if you eat in as they ask how is your meal & so on.

I've tried two other McDonald's in South St. Augustine and they were a disaster. This one seems to have it's act together. Food is consistently good for McDonald's. Today was very busy in the drive thru. Almost didn't get in line but we were craving breakfast burritos. Waited in line about 15 minutes total, which was great for the long line. Both people at the pay windows and serving window were very cheerful and pleasant considering the rush. Don't eat fast food often but this is close and a good option.

It's McDonalds, you know what you're getting, and reviews of this establishment are pointless.

I will say...get the app and use it. Plenty of great app only offers, and you earn points towards free food. The best part is, they will bring your food right out to your car, without waiting in line.

No, I don't work there. Just really impressed with their tech lately.

Mind. Blown. What are you up to McDonald's?? I have never had customer service like this in my life, and a fast food place?! There was an adorable kid with a tablet in the drive through lane, taking orders behind the speaker, so cars moved through crazy fast in sets despite it being rush hour. The lady at the first window was, quite possibly, the nicest, happiest person I've ever met, called me gorgeous, verified my weird burger order, and made me laugh! Then the second window lady was crazy nice, happy, and told me to have an amazing day full of joy. I swear they could have given me a sack of stale saltine crackers and I would have been happy. Whatever is happening, I love it. If you're having a bad day, just stop in to this McDonald's. They'll inevitably put a huge smile on your face!! Also, I'm going to need the recipe for whatever drugs they're putting in the staff water cooler. ❤

Big attitudes here. Even when they get ur order wrong.

I would like to Thank this McDonald’s !!! I couldn’t get my curbside to work . The Manager came out and tried to help me but we just couldn’t get it to work . So she helped me cancel the online order and I gave her the order to pay for inside. They were Fast and friendly!!!!! I didn’t have to wait long and the order was 💯 correct!!!! Thank You All !!!! This has always been our favorite one and Always will be !!!!!

Probably one oof the most redeeming , best customer service and quality experiences of my life!:' This is the only time I've been to this McDonald's in particular, but lemme tell you... It restored my hope in all the others! Keep up the good work, guys!

The employees were very friendly and I had fast service.

This particular McDonald's always gets my order right the first time. The staff is very courteous and efficient. I will drive across town to get to this particular McDonald's on US1 South. They are the best.

Diffently picked up the service, with friendly staff. Keep it up. Did not go in to the bathrooms, so don't know the cleanness of them.

I haven't seen like this in photo anywhere yet. Very upgraded place with nice stuff.
