Staff always goes ABOVE and BEYOND! Became a regular a year ago and was new at owning chickens and ducks, so I asked lots and lots of questions starting out. The staff is incredibly helpful and very patient. The general manager always goes out of their way to help me load the car each time without asking for help. Being a regular customer it’s refreshing to have the same customer service each time I go in! All staff is friendly and the store stays clean, which is always a plus!

The entire crew is always so polite & helpful. Store is always neat & clean. Even the fellow guests are pleasant 🤣

I was super impressed with the pet wash station accommodations but even more impressed by the exceptional customer service and staff at the store. My doggy was very anxious and hates getting baths. The staff was so kind and patient with us as I tried to keep her calm and navigate getting her to the pet wash. She did amazing and it was all thanks to the staff going above and beyond to make the experience better for her (and me lol). I will only bring my puppy here for spa day from now on. Thanks so much for making my puppy feel safe and calm! ❤

Everyone is so helpful at this store but we really wanted to give a special shout out to Deb and Jim! We had just purchased an RV hours earlier and came in with a list of wants and needs and they both went above and beyond to help us! We ended up with a good amount of things that will help us as first time RV buyers! Thank you both!

This was my first time in any Tractor Supply and this was the friendliest retail staff I’ve ever encountered.

Nice clean store and very friendly employees. I went in to use the self service dog wash area. It's $10 per dog and includes everything. 3 different types of shampoo, towels, nail clippers, brush, dryer and drying table. Very clean room with 2 wash basins. Very up to date and well cared for equipment. It didn't feel dirty or gross in the room. It's located next to the vet clinic inside the store. Just follow the signs. Very good option if you have a bad back like me and can't wash your dog at home in your bathtub. Also great if you're traveling and passing through and your furry friend needs a quick clean up. I'll for sure continue using their pet wash, clean, fair price and super convenient. Thanks Tractor Supply!

I couldn find out how to leave a review on the website but mannnnnnn let me tell ya. First of all JAKE at the Cartersville location is the most dedicated and professional sales associate that I’ve ran into. I bought a Bad Boy Zero turn that had an issue and this guy went above and beyond for me. I wish this post gets the attention of the right person on Jakes behalf. He’s amazing. I truly believe he went the extra mile for me and my business. Thanks JAKE!!!!!

I love tractor supply--I've been a loyal returning customer for over a decade now... From Montana here to Georgia, it will continue to be my go to for all my ranch needs!
This location is very accommodating when it comes to my disabilities! (Un) loading items like LP tanks and dog/horse feed, shavings and pellets and anything else--someone is always quick to jump in with a helping hand, no wait and no questions asked!
The Rome location on 411 could take notes from this store in Cartersville, for sure! 🤗

Staff here is ALWAYS super helpful and knowledgeable about questions you may have about items sold and their best use. I swear they do need a bell at the service desk...you'll be waiting there for some time until someone walks by and sees you...especiallu if you order and prepay online and go straight to the service desk for pick-up...but that issue can easily be fixed with a $10 bell....easily fixed in one single day...wink wink...I'll be looking to see if they get a bell and will be dancing for joy in the isle. Otherwise, great team and great store.

My visit today was awesome!!! The cashier at the front today was amazing. Her name is Laura, Laura asked if I was a rewards member and I stated yes and gave her our phone number. As she is looking she notices there are no points or email address on the account. She got my information and explained we had been missing out on our quarterly coupons. I was actually shocked that we had never had that explained before. It's the person who goes the extra mile to take care of their customers who need our constant praise. We are busy as people and forget sometimes to focus more on the positive than the negative. Thank you Laura for taking care of me today, keep up the amazing job!! You are a gem!!!

Very helpful staff. Had a great selection of feed and seed that we needed and at a good price. Also picked up some deer blocks for all the deer we have in our backyard. Great prices!
Update to my first posting, I just went back in yesterday and Gary one of the managers was very helpful and went above and beyond trying to hell me find what we were looking for. Great store.

I love our neighborhood tractor supply store. It has recently expanded and has an amazing dog bathing room! Also, the garden area has gorgeous healthy plants for great prices!

I ADORE this place! Great markdowns all over the store and the product quality is usually pretty excellent! I love the fact too that they will fill your propane tanks fairly cheap as well. However they often run out so its best to call ahead.

This place is great! The service is excellent and each person working knows the ins and outs of the place. Employees are all really helpful and easy to find - unlike larger stores. They are truly a business that sees the community and is involved in local events. It is great to see a business support other around them!

I was actually at Tractor Supply to visit the pet wellness center. By the way it's a great place to take your pet. Prices are very reasonable and the veterinarian staff are amazing. I would highly recommend anyone to take their pet is a great place!!

Great place,they have a little bit of everything, my husband bought some Georgia work Boots. Reasonable price and has lasted for awhile.

Awesome store to go to Friendly help short lines and have to admit is extremely nice to go into being such a hot summer they've got to keep that place at 60 degrees that's wonderful to walk into and brawls. Some of my favorite things about this store is there's things here that you can not by anywhere else and things that you can buy other places like their nuts and bolts they have a much larger selection than Lowe's or Home Depot at 1/10 the price plus they have more quantity I used my local Tractor Supply for anything from home projects working on or repairing cars motorcycles tractors trailers and much much more not to mention even their clothing they carry the best names at great prices and for such a small retail clothing area typically just the front corner of the store I could buy my whole wardrobe from that one place. Definitely recommend checking in their sales counters when you first walk in the front door they usually have large tables with lots of things on sale I know my local store even has two different areas one but near the tire section like you're headed to the restrooms and one where they keep all their trailer light kits that they put all their clearance items and mark down items you can get extremely good deals from these areas I always make sure I check these out thoroughly needless to say if I'm going to a general clothing store hardware store tool store I'm going to be at Tractor Supply
