Both Tina and Dr. Silva were amazing! The 2 women at the front desk were great too. Tina made me feel very welcomed and safe. Then I was seen by Dr. Silva who was very knowledgable, understanding, and kind. I enjoyed my experience here and am pleased with the results of my visit.

I had been dealing with lumbar facet pain for 8 months until i came here. T
From the moment i arrived i was greeted with warmth and care. Doctor Michael Hanes diagnosed me and the surgical coordinator Allison set me an appointment the next day for an RFA (Radio frequency) on my lumbar facets. Doctor Hanes was kind, accurate and compassionate. I came in pain and left no pain!! I highly recommend this office and Doctor!!

Dr Salek is the best, always attentive and cares about what is going on.

Dr Haynes is fantastic. Very skilled doctor with spinal injections and diagnoses. They help make my day to day living a little easier after two spinal fusion surgeries and Degenerative Disc Disease as well as Sciatica. They send texts to remind you of assessments and video appointments. Highly recommend these pain specialists! A+

Dr. Hanes and Tara Adams have made a new woman of me! I am 72 years old and have been in a lot of pain for as long as I can remember. Long story short, he repaired my fractured vertebra. Yes I am a little sore from where the needle went in but I feel wonderful!!! I slept well for the first time in years and can move and walk with no pain! I can't thank Dr. Hanes and his wonderful team enough for the incredible change in how I feel! I feel much younger now and have a LOT of energy (and this is only the 2nd day post surgery!) I would not go to anyone else for pain management. I highly recommend Dr. Hanes at the St. Augustine, FL location and his staff there. From the front desk to the team that takes your vitals to Tara and Dr. Hanes, I have always been treated kindly and with concern. Dr. Hanes is a God-send!

I have Type 1 Diabetes, I was diagnosed as teenager, I have had tremendous neuropathy pain and no one could help me. I became depressed because my legs were always hurting. I stopped running and working out, my life changed from the pain I was experiencing. I gained a lot of weight too. I heard good things about Jax Spine and made an appointment. I thankfully was assigned to see Dr. Michael Hanes. Dr. Hanes was not only very generous with his time, he was also very very knowledgeable to my symptoms and treatment options. I ended up getting a spinal stimulator and it changed my life forever. I’m back to living the life again!!! I am running, working out and super active, I also have lost almost 30lbs. I can not thank Dr. Hanes enough for giving my life back to me.

Totally agree with Adam. I don't think they realize we can hear them talking about us sitting right here. One of them said, to the other, "yes , I guess it's going to be one of those days". Also didn't like the fact that I had to pay almost $200 before they even checked me in. This will be my first and only visit here. Their priority is money, and themselves.

UPDATED Four months later.....I did give them another chance.....they have really helped with my neck pain. Get past a few, and I mean a few staffers, and it is 5 stars!!!! Doc Hanes is wonderful!

The St Augustine staff is amazing. They treat their patients with love and care. Medically they have gone above and beyond for me and helped me get myself back to a normal life without living in pain.

So, so thankful for the care and expertise of Jax Spine and Pain Centers - St Augustine. I have been in pain ever since my double knee replacement, and Dr. Hanes and staff have gone above and beyond to assure that my quality of life is restored.

Dr Hanes and his staff, including Josh Massey, have always been there for me- with injections and medicine that makes my life with pain more bearable.

I never have to wait long to see the Dr they always remind me by text and leave a message on my phone more than once about my upcoming appointment. The staff are always friendly my Dr is great I always get the answers I am looking . Very helpful with my condition and also very clean if I ever have any problems which is rare they take care of it quickly.

Dr. Hanes provided an injection in my neck to relieve the pain. He is the first doctor to explain why I was having so much pain and a plan to bring relief. Thank you.

Very professional and a surprising technology and procedure. The reservation and phone experience was terrible, but the office/medical staff terrific, especially Dr. Reddy. Really, really professional and a great guy 👍
