I had such an easy and enjoyable experience at this location yesterday! They were slammed being right after Christmas, but got to me in a timely manner! The store manager was super helpful with picking out a watch best for me and my budget! She was super friendly and I highly recommend the store and service!

I don’t remember the name of the guy that helped me (tattoo on inner left forearm), but he was awesome. He helped me transfer my lines over and was super friendly. Thank you for a fast and great customer experience

I really appreciate the great service I received today. Justin and Keefe were so helpful in making sure I had everything I needed. They also made sure everything transferred over to my new phone. They went above and beyond making sure all of my needs were met before I left the store. I will recommend more people to do business at their location. Excellent Service with both, Justin and Keefe!

My husband and I were there 2/27/23. We had a wonderful experience with Paul. We were going to leave T-Mobile today. However, our encounter with Paul totally changed our mind. His interpersonal skills, product knowledge & professionalism were worthy of more than 5stars.

My experience at this store has been amazing! I was referred by my parents specifically to Keefe. When I came in, Keefe was so very helpful. At the time, they were out of the phone I was looking for, but Keefe made sure to pick it up at another store and have it for me when I arrived the next morning. The process was smooth, I was made aware of all promotions and offers, and I would certainly come back! Keefe passed me off to Mark to finish up the process, who completed my transfer. Highly, highly recommend this store!!

I want to give a sincere thanks to Justin and Keefe for the superior service my wife and I received on Saturday . These guys are not only very knowledgeable about the products they sell, but are also very sensitive to the needs of the customer they're helping. My wife had some very important pictures and messages from her mom whom just recently past away on her old phone Justin and Keefe patiently walked her through getting all her important materials off the old phone before she turned it in. I went to do a sim card change since I'm a sprint customer. Waited 25 minutes for service because only the manager, Keefe, was working. However, he displayed excellent customer service by greeting each guest who entered the store and letting know there's a wait time. He changed my sim card and made sure my phone was working properly. He had a positive attitude the entire time I waited!

Paul went above and beyond to help me with the issue I was having with my phone today. The “geniuses” at apple didn’t activate my phone...I really appreciate his awesome customer service. He saved me an entire trip back to an apple store. I applaud him, he did an amazing job helping me out. The entire staff is great here as well. Highly recommended!

Paul and keefe took such great care of me. I thought I had lost all contact info and photos and they got everything taken care of even though I could not get into my access anything.. These guys truly are experts and life savers

Great staff and very personable. Paul and his Manager Matt made me feel welcome and pointed me in the direction I needed. I’m now an Apple fan and know where to go to find the best service. I got a great deal on a new iPhone and am very happy I switched from Frontier.

Came in a couple of days ago and worked with a couple of reps, they literally answered all my questions, and explained everything in full detail even while answering phone calls, dealing with some system issues and even with some customers waiting. They helped me save and got me even more than what I came in for! Great experience and I strongly recommend for all of your T-Mobile and Sprint needs!

Not being very tech savvy I called this location for some pointers on set up, Brendan (?) was very kind and personable w his recommendations etc.
Upon visiting this location,Matt,manager took time from his busy Saturday to assist me in activating and set up my device as a courtesy. This gentleman did not have to do this but went above and beyond to help me out.

This is by far the best Sprint store I’ve been in. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, especially Paul. Paul is great at customer service, he is thorough and overall very helpful. Keefe was very helpful with helping me set up my new device and home internet. He also helped me set up scam shield on my phone. No more scam likely calls!
