In the area for the 4th holiday. Not many places were open and happy to have found this gem. Unassuming from the outside, but there is an outside deck facing water and tiki themed. The staff were very friendly and the food was great!!! We ordered all of the specials of the day and it did not disappoint. Delicious! So good that we also ordered food to go!

Celebrating my wife's birthday. Great outdoor dining with good food and a small selection of draft/bottled beer, wine and mixers. I had a cheeseburger only because they were out of the ribs I previously had (they were delicious). Burger was big, well loaded with the usual lettuce, tomato, pickle and brioche bun. Fries had good flavor. My wife's Catch This Roll sushi roll was very good as well. Our server Rafaela was very friendly and attentive as was all the other employees

First time at The Catch and the service was amazing. The back deck area with the gorgeous view of the basin makes this place a local gem. The Sushi was fantastic. Coming from a surfer, I absolutely loved the Surf board and tiki hut with island vibes!

Found this magical place and it did not disappoint.
Sitting on the terrace, Jamie served us the best Oysters, which were enough for 5 stars on their own, however the service is another reason to make this little gem a must try for anyone in this part of Florida.
Thanks to Jamie and the staff for ensuring this will remain a highlight of our visit.

Fresh and Delicious!
We came here for the first time but it will not be the last. The fish was fresh and presentation was exceptional. Our favorite was a Tiradito as an apetizer with thinly sliced fish , lime and dragonfruit. It was an amazing dish! They also have a happy hour until 6pm with a lovely outdoor patio overlooking the water.

Do not be deceived by the front of the restauran, which is quite run down , the quality is in the back!

Welp! I bit off more than I can eat. When you look at this establishment from the outside you really wouldn’t think much of it.

If, you’re looking for something fancy you may just pass it right by and say “It’s Not My Type of Place”. But lo and behold once you go inside there’s a bar to the left and high chairs to the right that give the presentation of a little cozy seafood/sushi spot.

But, once the staff tells you there’s a deck outback the place just opens up with a wonderful view of the water. The appetizers were great and the food was cooked to order from scratch.

As, you can see I choose the whole snapper w/salad and plantains. But, I substituted my plantain’s for the Cajun Fries. I walked out of the Catch w/ three quarters of my snapper, salad, and fries because it truly was to much to eat and to good to leave behind.

For it being my first time at the Catch I can actually say it won’t be my last time either. The staff, scenery, and food was amazing. So, if you happen to visit the West Plam/ Riveria Beach Area swing on by and enjoy a few of the wonderful appetizers and entrees at “The Catch”.

One side note that Snapper entree is really a two person meal. But needless to say “I can’t wait to come back to Riveria to visit one of my new favorite spots.💯🔥

Cannot recommend this place enough. It looks rather shady from outside so don't be fooled by the looks. You need to go all the way to the back to enjoy the casual laid back shack vibe. Our server was very attentive and gave us good recommendations. Their special crab cake was delicious as was the red snapper entree. I recommenf switching to the chefs veggies for side instead og the cauliflower curry. I only wish I had 2 stomachs to eat more.

10/10. Came here from a friends recommendation and couldn’t have been better. Absolutely gorgeous restaurant, sat on the back patio by the water and was served by Jamie. She was the epitome of proper service, always checking in and making sure we were well taken care of. Ordered two of their specials, the octopus and crab cakes, wish I would’ve taken a picture! I’ve waited years to eat a beautifully cooked octopus and today I did! Thank you to The Catch for this great experience. If you’re thinking about going, don’t think just do.

Just about to leave here, how can I explain - if restaurants fell into a speakeasy category then this one tops it! Deceiving from the outside but then you walk through the restaurant to the waterfront deck !
Our food, service and experience was one of the best we have had.thank you to Angela for serving us!
We love seafood, we love a nice chill and ambient place to spend a Sunday afternoon with great food, This definitely makes our new favourite list !

Early Christmas dinner with the family. When we first parked, my and my kid were skeptical about the place since it's next to a gun store and a gas station on the other side. But we walked through the restaurant which seemed kinda dim but when we got to the deck on the other side of the restaurant on the water, it was a beautiful view. The tiki torches were a good addition. It was the first cold night this season and we were very cold in the breezy evening. My husband asked one employee to turn on the heater. That saved our evening. Thanks to the boss lady who asked the employees to bring them out. Now on to food. Food was very good. Seafood fried rice tasted like something your auntie will make at home. The seafood soup in tomato broth was delicious. My husband said his ribs were amazing (even though he felt they were reheated in oven most likely). The smoked fish dip with pita chips were yummy. The best things we had were the wings. Amazing flavor. Good seasonings with a nice kick. We had to order them twice. We were slightly rushed at the end by the server and another employee. Other than that one thing, very good experience. Will recommend and will be back ourselves one day again.

The catch is a gem! Found randomly and very happy we found this spot. We went on a Friday and had no wait to sit on the porch overlooking the water around 0600. I could see at times there may be though.

The staff was extremely nice and attentive. We ordered the whole friend yellowtail snapper and macadamia snapper with a jug of awesome sangria. All the food was excellent and the sangria as well.

I was a little disappointed in the sushi menu as it's mostly all cooked but you could make your own. The remainder of their menu makes up for this though. Lots of yummy choices.

The only issue we had was parking. We got lucky with someone leaving but the parking lot is very small and shaded. Unsure if they have overflow parking somewhere else.

Ate here for the first time last night and we really enjoyed it. The food was delicious, the outdoor seating is very nice, and the service is wonderful.

Smaller than I realized, but it's a super cute tiki hut type of venue with a little bar seating inside... best sushi ever and the desserts are also really really good.

There was a bit of a wait for a table but the staff was extremely attentive and the food was well worth the wait. The scallop appetizer was delicious as was the rest of the meal. The outdoor dining on the water made it an even more enjoyable experience. Great place for an affordable and delicious meal.

Seafood was fresh and perfectly seasoned. Their house spicy sauce is fire. Cute outside dining area.

We are so happy we tried this place! We went to a highly rated restaurant nearby and decided we needed to leave before ordering. We were pretty disappointed but this place turned everything around! The food was cooked perfectly the servers were extremely nice and they happy hour food menu was amazing. Definitely a good choice if you’re looking through reviews to make a decision! (Indoor space is small but they have a large deck fyi)

This location is a hidden treasure. The parking lot is small, and the outdoor entrance is unappealing, but I'm glad I didn't judge too quickly. As the phrase goes, don't judge a book by its cover.

The inside of the restaurant is more like a pub, but the porch is spectacular. With its massive wooden structure overlooking the intercostal/lake, there's plenty of cover. The atmosphere reminded me of the Florida Keys. I had a great glass of Sauvignon Blanc to go with my wahoo tiradito. The fish was fresh and tasty.

We then order baked oysters with garlic. Delicious! Following that, we had the mixed jalea, which is an elevated version of calamari that includes fried mussels, shrimp, and even fish. Amazing!

The last course was Peruvian chufa rice with beef. So good! I will undoubtedly return! The pricing are really fair, and the food is of good quality. Did I mention the ambiance is fantastic? Yeah! Definitely five stars!

Loved the atmosphere here, already visited a few times. Great date night spot or GNO spot, they have outside seating with a waterfront view. I just LOVE the seafood options they have a Peruvian twist and some sushi fusion my favorite is the Tuna BOMB. You can never go wrong with the chefs special, always fresh ingredients! Definitely recommend!

What a little hidden gem on Northlake. The seafood is so fresh and delicious. The atmosphere is very south Florida tropical … dinner on a deck looking out over the lake! Service was great, attentive and friendly. We will definitely be back and probably often!
