Quality Inn Miami South

The staff was amazing
whenever I needed help with anything. I don’t typically stay in this type of hotel. I will say the location was perfect for me. The rooms were clean and cleaned everyday. The parking lot was safe. I will be using this hotel again when I need to be in that area.

An older motel but clean and well cared for. The breakfast was standard. Waffles are lovely. The pool is so cute and full of color, very nice.
Location is perfect for getting around miami.

I’ve been bouncing around Miami and touched down here, it was a good stay, met cool people staying there and in the surrounding community. There are plenty of options around the area for food and drink. The staff are accommodating and helpful, there is a cool pool in a private setting. If there is some constructive criticism, please service the air conditioner units and quality check the filters.

Good place. Very well maintained, the room was nice. The pool was good, just a lot of kids. Breakfast was basic, but you have to check the ceviche restaurant in the hotel (not included with the room rate). The location was good for what I needed. A lot of stores in a walking distance.

Lucy checked us in, she was polite, professional and extremely accommodating. I forgot to specify that due to health limitations I can’t do stairs. In fact that is the reason I was in Miami, was for a procedure. She was extremely helpful getting us a room on the first floor..

Clean comfortable room, Adorable patio/pool area, continental breakfast was basic but quite decent. The attendant made sure everything was going smoothly. The beds were comfortable and there were lots of pillows, a definite plus for me.

I would definitely stay here again!

I have lived less than a mile from this place over 20 years and it has improved 100% compared to then. Pool area with semi heated pool is great 👍 clean rooms.

It's a very good hotel for the price. It's not the Ritz, but you're not paying for the Ritz. The rooms are basic but clean. I stayed here for 5 weeks and I was quite satisfied with the experience. The hot breakfast is only a waffle maker, but there's a Publix right next door and a variety of restaurants in easy walking distance. The room has a mini fridge and microwave so I was able to get by just fine.

I’m having a hard time understanding the negative reviews I have read. This hotel is newly and beautifully renovated, tranquil, and very clean. I had absolutely no issues with bugs or bad smells. It also has plenty of amenities including laundry machines that worked great, and a well kept swimming pool that gets 8ft deep. The staff is excellent and everyone I came into contact with had a great attitude. I am very happy about my 10 night stay, I would definitely stay here and and recommend it.

So I have to say, I was a little bit worried about how this hotel would go. Everything ended up being great! The lady at the front desk was super helpful with my situation after my plans got changed. The room was exactly what I needed for my stay. The room was clean, service was friendly, the bed was comfortable, I didn't see a single bug the whole time I was there. It's not a luxury hotel, but it's nice and it's clean. They also offer continental breakfast including scrambled eggs and sausage, which was definitely a plus!

It was clean, updated, employees where really nice and helpful! I would stay here again, the next time I'm in Miami. I felt safe and everything you need is in walking distance. They have a security guard at night and he was great. No funky smells in the room and no bugs were seen. I was there for a week helping my sister recover from surgery.

What a pleasant surprise! We took a chance after driving by and noticing a lot of people visible by the window seating. It was hands down the best Peruvian cuisine I've had in Miami. I was not expecting that in a Quality Inn restaurant. I quite frankly was bracing myself for disappointment. On tge contrary my wife and I left completely satisfied and plan to be back with friends. Whoever the cook is tgey are phenomenal. Hope they keep it up.

Really friendly and helpful staff (checked in on Christmas day). Rooms are quite spacious and tidy, the bed is really comfortable! Breakfast during these covid times is light but nice, you just have to collect it from reception. I'd definitely recommend this place. Oh and really strong A/C & WiFi!

I wish I could post a picture that I took from the balcony of the poolside, deck, hotel area. It is absolutely beautiful! It's an older hotel, but well taken care of. Friendly, helpful staff. The ambiance is at the poolside tables in the evening lighting, heat, and company. I shared many memories with my family there, over the 3 days/4nights we were there. I felt safe the whole time, and got a great military discount. The only thing I would suggest, is breakfast potatoes offered at breakfast. I highly recommend the Quality Inn at the Falls! 💖💖👍👍😁🌞🏖🏝🦎

Staff in the restaurant, David in particular, wonderful. Eduardo and his coworker, very pleasant, older Hispanic gentleman at the front desk, were both fantastic. They gave us their attention to meet our needs and took time to point out some good local options for dining.
We generally stay at newer nicer places, bit happened to book a cruise which returned to Miami the weekend of Super Bowl. So we had to stay anywhere that had availability.
The facility is old and tired. Not the cleanest. In need of deep, detailed cleaning, as the room for the most part looked clean but ledges were dusty, tub was stained from age. Would have loved a hot bath bit opted for a shower only.
The crew made it a particularly pleasant. They would be the only reason I would re-book here. 5 stars with some negativity.

Friendly, accommodating staff. The handicap room was perfect for my husband. It was clean, easy to move in, and a shower that could be used for cleaning up after being unable to shower for 3 days and being hospitalized. The bed was comfortable.

I was really impressed. From charging stations in the room right down to the iron and ironing board. They even have washers and dryers for guests to use. Great attention to details. The young lady Lucy at the front desk was really sweet.

My family absolutely loved our stay at the Quality Inn South Miami! The staff were so nice and accommodating and the rooms were very clean. We absolutely love the pool area, it's like it's own tropical paradise and the pool was warm and refreshing!! We will definitely book here again!

Excellent place! Stayed there 4 years ago and wouldn't have stayed again. However as it was late in the evening and I happened to be there, I gave it another try. Now it's 1,000% better with everything renovated and friendly, professional staff. Thank you for the lovely hospitality!
