By virtue of being a Bath and Body Works, the employees will of course ask you questions. Aside from that, this is one of the best Bath and Body Works in this city, with plenty of candles, body care, and accessories to choose from. The store itself is also always clean whenever I go. Very pleasant experience!

One of the best options to find candles, body creams and home fragrances. My suggestion is to be registered to receive coupons, or sale events notifications, if not the regular price is higher.

This place is a dream and they are always so nice , but there is this venezuelan guy there that is so sweet and polite and quick he had my order ready in seconds and the smile on his face was priceless “here you go i checked and everything is in there you have a fenomenal day “ we need more people like him with just natural customer service skills ;). Good.. was greeted nicely at entrance and told about sales available by greeter. Cashier was nice. Got some deals. Pleased with experience seeing as I was only browsing and not planning on buying.

The place is attractive. The mix of various scents are a tad overwhelming after browsing for an extended period of time but the customer service more than makes up for it. You are greeted upon entering and given enough space to shop so that it doesn't feel accosting. The employees are well aware of their current inventory as to direct towards specific items and suggest potential buys. However, one employee stood out the most. Lyanne was in the middle of restocking the shelves but was more than happy to answer all my questions. She walked me through the current promotion they had, suggested smells I actually loved and was ever so gentle as she washed my hands allowing me to experience the sensation of a Bath and Body Works hand soap. She left me feeling catered, moisturized and smelling of decadent peach. Such a beautiful girl with a beautiful soul. Very friendly, helpful and delightful. Mesmerized by a voice so angelic, I walked out the establishment with a bag full of scents and a face full of smiles.

Good selection of bath items that are in stock. Sales are often so watch for them. Love their cute seasonal items. Scent line is so vast with more than plenty to choose from for all tastes.

I went last sunday looking for a last minute gift for my dad (it was Father's day) and was help by ywo sweet ladies, her names were Mairel and Carmen. Honestly I can't feel more thankful, they helper me find the perfect gift and guided me thru the new fragrances I didn't know about

Store smells great, prices are good. Scents are to die for. They have very friendly, happy agents, who offer their take on the best scents for you.

Love this store! Wish they had winter candy apple candles on sale longer!! I would buy the entire stock!
